Pulled in the drive thru at 10:55AM. Was told they weren’t serving breakfast until 11AM, even though there is a sign on the window stating lunch starts at 10:30AM. Had to go park and wait 5 minutes to order lunch. Once lunch was finally ordered, I was asked to pull up to the white line and park. About 6 Cars behind me got their food first, and then my two, small $5 bags were finally brought out. I’m not one to leave reviews and complain, but I’ve worked in several food/beverage establishments and never once treated customers that way. Hope the customer service improves around there!

Ordered a small cheeseburger around 11am on my way from Savannah to Charleston. My burger patty was a leftover sausage patty from breakfast on my cheeseburger. Drove all the way back just to get a refund since it couldn’t be done remotely. No apology or compensation for my inconvenience.

A pregnant woman took my order after I waited 10 minutes.She came out of the office with a bad attitude.I paid with cash and was counting out the change on the counter.When I was finished,the money was on the counter and she gave me the meanest look I ever experienced being served only because I didn’t pick up the money and hand it to her. Honestly, she was the “final straw” for your establishment. I ran my own business for 25 years and know employees can be challenging.Bojangles will be getting my business now.This is a fast growing area and it won’t take long for new competition to remove your business from the map at the rate you are going.Don’t bother responding because I know you are just trying to save face. I told the lady that I couldn’t wait to write her review.She was not wearing a name tag or I would have called her by name.Good luck, I believe your days are numbered.Good day!

Inside service was terrible, very long wait time with no recognition orrr apologies. However, after my long wait, more than 5 minutes, I went through the drive through and received better service. I assume that the drive through has priority since they are timed on the traffic wait.

Considering the fact that they don’t close until 8:00 and we were there at approximately 6:00 to 6:15 p.m., we purchased some chicken tenders and a big bag special for starters the tenders were cold not much complete there because my kids like them cold anyway but when it came to the burgers they were hard as if they were sitting on the warmer bar past the whole time. The bun was hard as a rock and the meat was dried out I asked him for no onions so apparently they must have taken the onions off of a pre-made sandwich because there’s no possible way for them to have made that burger with hard bread. I would strongly advise to check your food before leaving. There wasn’t an issue when I returned the item it’s just the fact that I don’t live in ravenel, I live in Summerville so that means that I had to take a 23 mi trip back to that location just to get my money back not even within route.

We arrived late and exhausted from travel. The staff here took pity on us and fed us, although they were cleaning up to close. We had a hot dinner despite the hour and were grateful. Good people there.

If I could give this place a zero I would the manager was extremely rude! Waited 10 mins for her to take our order through the drive thru which didn’t happen, drove to the window for her to only tell us that she wouldn’t take our order at the window. I’m sorry you hate your job, if you don’t want to work at Hardee’s then don’t take the job! She should be fired! It’s your job to take care of customers and not to have an attitude while doing so! Definitely going to loose customers!
