It’s no wonder this place has such bad reviews. There’s almost no one working here and I’ve never seen a new face when they so clearly need them. The food was very mediocre compared to any other Dunkin I’ve been to, but I cant blame them cause it seems like there’s only ever one person working at a time. I feel bad for the young lady I saw working by herself today and I hope she has an amazing week.

Stopped in here on a road trip. Service was top notch. The food was good but not quite to the standard I would expect from Dunkin’ Donut.
I got the Sourdough Sandwich. It had good flavor but the bread wasn’t toasted, as shown in the pictures. The flavor of the French Crueller was off – not quite sure how to explain it.

Ordered through drive-thru a bagel sandwich, 2 donuts and munchkins. They confirmed as they handed me each bag individually its contents, so they knew what I ordered. I get back to work to eat and the bagel was stale as can be, so I figured I’d eat the two donuts for lunch instead, and they gave me the wrong kind. Tried to call to let them know they must have the tray mislabeled for the donuts and the phone number isn’t valid. Overall just bummed, half of my break was driving there and back and food was abysmal.

This store is always nice and gets the drinks right for the most part. The store stinks and is always dirty. The employees always look like that had a dodge ball competition with powder donuts. Other than that its good. The store needs a deep cleaning. The dirtiest store in the Richmond area.

This is the worst dunkin’ donuts i have ever experienced in my 25 years of living. First of all, the girl working was too lazy to make any types of food and drinks, so she kept telling us she couldn’t make anything. it took her 15 minutes to take our order, which she kept messing up. I asked for hash browns and she replied with “ we are not making food right now”. She kept getting our order wrong so when we asked her to repeat our order to us she let out a big sigh and yelled it back at us. After paying for the order she got one out of the 5 drinks correct. Everything tasted horrible and took 30 minutes to come out. We asked for a cocoa mocha iced signature latte and got chocolate milk with melted whipped cream, the cup was not filled all the way and just had a pile of hot chocolate mix dumped on top. Not only was the service horrible but so was the building it self. In the bathroom, the toilet was leaking and spraying on the floor, there was no hand soap, and there was toilet paper all over the floor. Her attitude was the worst of all. She showed me the ingredient like i worked there. I CANNOT make this up!

Incredibly slow and inefficient – the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve visited yet. Waited 30 minutes for a large coffee and a sandwich with only 2 ppl in front of me and 3 people working. Come for pre made donuts to grab and go. … Don’t waste your time. Store not clean and not kept up -sandwich barely heated, not enough to even melt the cheese. Ugh.

When I arrived it was a newer build. It was clean. The bathroom was clean. The staff was super friendly and fast. All the regular Dunkin fare. Ideal for a road pit stop to fuel you with caffeine and sugar for your drive. Easily accessible to the highway
