Horrible service food took forever, poor Manager is running around like a chicken with their head cut off because the crew’s not doing half of their jobs as well as this is how all of my Tacos looked.

If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOURE IN A HURRY OR WANT YOUR FOOD MADE CORRECTLY!!!!! I only write reviews when it’s really needed. We ordered a big order the other day with about 45$ being spent via doordash…. When the food arrived it was all wrong, things were missing and it tasted horrible!!!! We called taco Bell and asked to speak with a manager and thats when the big boss (general manager) got on the phone and was very disrespectful, screaming at myself, my husband, and my friend. He also went so far as to calling my husband retarded. The next day (yesterday) we had called and wanted either a remake/refund! They decided they wanted to remake the food. When arriving at the store my husband brought the receipt with everything on it and explained he was there for a remake. They then took that receipt made him sign it (or he wouldn’t be getting the food) and told him that he can’t complain again or ask for remakes or a refund ever again. Which goes against consumer laws. Needless to say the health department will be called(because no one was wearing hair nets, or beard nets, and things looked absolutely disgusting in the restraunt itself) , corporate will be called and complaints would be made about every employee that was involved!
I forgot to add that we ordered cinnamon delights and they failed to give us them with the remake so I’m going to be calling my bank tomorrow to get a refund from my bank ! Absolutely ridiculous!!! Do better taco bell before you get shut down for good

I don’t know when you hired Travis, but you should keep him! Quick and friendly, didn’t rush me when not knowing what I wanted, and informed us of deals to save a few bucks. This was the 2nd cashier I have had a great experience with. I gave it 4 stars because the food just isn’t the best.

The three is generous, but I’m leaving it because this place has been a mixed bag and not all days are as bad as today. There have been numerous issues with slow or poor service. Also, every power bowl I’ve ever gotten here over the last three years has been messed up in some way or another (missing or wrong ingredients, straight up standing water in one). At least three times I have gone home only to realize something was left out of the order. Today I placed a large order and they left out half the sides I ordered. I decided to actually go back this time because I discovered it like 5 minutes later. The guy cut me off when I was telling him what was wrong in the drive-thru (where I initially ordered), and told me to come inside. I explained that I don’t want to come in because I had children sleeping in the car, and I would like to just get the sides we ordered at the window. He still insisted that I had to come in, then when I did, he just put the bag on the counter, pointed at me, and walked away. Not a single word. No apology. No offer to make things right.

Absolutely awful place to go and I regret it every. Single. Time. They never get your order right, never include your sauce, don’t label the food or wrappers so you know what’s what. We ordered 4 burritos and 4 tacos for my husband. Logic says to place the most fragile item on top, right? You would think so I requested a protein switch on my burrito and instead of getting potatoes like I wanted I got nothing.

We never get fast food and I know why. I ordered 2 “chicken” cantina bowls, 4 soft shell tacos and cheese roll ups, nothing crazy. The drive through individual was confused and after minutes of waiting told me to order as he forgot I was there, anyway no big deal. I get home the cantina bowls are missing chicken and the soft tacos had a small spoonful of meat. Normally I don’t care, but prices are going up and quality and service are going so down, I’m just mind blown and so dissatisfied. Will never return and I’m right down the road.

I’ve given this place chance after chance and hate to leave anything lower then a 3 star but truly they deserve the 2 star. I’ve done dine in here, take out and DoorDash, weather it be forgetting a item, messing up a item or just making it wrong over the last 7 years, I’m not giving a 1 star cause at this like I truly should just know better and drive the extra 3 miles to go to ash road Taco Bell.

I ordered 2 bean burritos no onion no red sauce and 1 cheese roll up and chipotle sauce. I got a soft taco and looks like 2 meat quesadillas. I was on my home from a long day at work didn’t check until I got home never has a problem so didn’t think I needed to check my bag!!!!! Very disappointed!!!!!!! Tried calling Taco Bell and of course no one would answer the call!!!!!! Definitely NIT what I ordered ♀️

Went thru a 20 min drive thru, didn’t get one of my burritos, added beef to my steak burrito, and the guy that too my order was rude as hell. Didn’t cut the quesadilla, just a bad experience with this place around 7:30pm.
