The worst Popeyes I have ever had. I’ve never had nasty Popeyes before but me and my husband were both disgusted. The chicken was pale and flavorless. The spicy chicken tenders I got actually tasted like nothing! And had a hard bit that was undercooked. The sprite was even off. It tasted like super sweet syrup with no carbonation. First time visiting this location and I will not be back. The fries even had no flavor which is crazy as I thought they might redeem the meal

Popeyes has the best chicken around. That goes without saying. The only problem is sometimes the drive-through line gets very backed up including today. It took 20 minutes to get our order and they were having a hard time with the drink machine. Still very good, but I can’t get Five star for that long of a wait.Nice employees and the food is always hot and fresh.

Generally hot and fresh but not this time. The fries were not at all hot and LITERALLY just thrown in the bag( see photo) The sign says fast friendly service. It was definitely fast because the threw things together. I would rather that they take a pile time for the presentation. The chicken sandwich was a moderate heat but I assume that’s because of the boil bag that it was in and not because it was cooked fresh. This location has good and bad days. It’s a coin toss as to what you’ll get.

Popeyes is absolutely killing it right now with the menu. The chocolate chip biscuit is FIRE and all of their new lemonades are SO good. I was so pleasantly surprised at how good the Frozen Apple Cranberry Lemonade was, i am very picky with Slushies. The texture was so perfect, and it came out very cold, and not melted!

Had the privilege of James English waiting on us and the customer service was outstanding. Our food was packed quickly, as a matter of fact the quickest I’ve seen in along time and properly. The food was hot and everything fresh. Several people walked up to James and was talking to him. Very very friendly guy. I hope the next time I’m there, he gets to wait on us again. Thanks for the outstanding service.

I visited Popeyes and was left disappointed with the experience. The chicken I received was not very fresh and lacked the crispy texture I normally enjoy from Popeyes. The biscuits were dry and the sides were served lukewarm, which made the meal less satisfying. The dining area needed more attention to cleanliness, with several tables left dirty. Service at the counter was slow and a bit unorganized, which added to the frustration. This location did not reflect the quality I usually associate with Popeyes.

Excellent staff and friendly team. Specifically the guy taking orders pre drive thru to speed up the line. The place gets busy at lunch on Saturday or Sunday I guess.
Great flavors. I ended up with popcorn shrimp and no cajun rice, that is ok. They DO have a sign at window to check your order and I did not. But I will be back because I need to taste their cajun fish and some other items. This was my first ever Popeye experience and I need to come back.
Seems like great value, good flavors and menu. They just need to work on accuracy. I did want to compare their $3.99 chicken sandwich to Wendy’s 2 for $5. For my taste and value Wendy’s wins. But Popeye’s is excellent too.
The place is clean, organized and have many pluses. Once I come back and taste cajun fish I expect to update review to 4 stars. Everything was great except minor order accuracy mix.

I was at Popeyes drive thru order #53 at 648pm on 1/5/24 and received unedible chicken tenders. Were extremely hard and dry and looked to be only dried batter. I’m very disappointed after waiting for 30 minutes in the line. Why would this ever be allowed. Has to be a holding time for this food. Very sad that Manager allows this to happen. Their number is 654-7590.
