My friends and I celebrated our birthdays at Pinky’s for brunch and had such a great experience! We shared several tapas and loved trying and rating them all together. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Our server, Kelsey, was amazing—so professional and attentive—and she surprised us with ice cream and birthday candles at the end. Such a thoughtful touch. We’ll definitely be back!

went for a birthday dinner, everything we ordered was outstanding! our server was very attentive and answered any questions we had. steak was honestly the best i’ve ever had and the chicken piccata was so flavorful and bright and the fried chicken was crispy. we also ordered the asiago manchego dip and the tiramisu, both eaten before thinking about taking a photo. mocktails were sweet and refreshing. already told all my friends how good it was!!! we’ll be back!

Enjoyed dinner here on a Sunday evening as part of a family trip visiting friends in Richmond. The food was excellent! Service was super as well. Can’t recall our server’s name but she was delightful: Attentive, good suggestions and knew the menu well. When we visit Richmond again we’ll be back and continue working our way through the menu trying things we weren’t able to try on our first visit.
As for some details on the food: Flavors, plating, visuals, fresh ingredients, everything was really very good!
The crisp lamb in the risotto was a super contrast to the creamy risotto. Loved the flavors in the vegan squash puttanesca. The seasonings were really well balanced and seemed really fresh. We’re not vegan and decided to add shrimp which were cooked just right! Definitely try the grilled octopus! The cocktails were very good too. Really liked the Smoke + Chili! Nice little kick of heat to this without being fiery.

We had such a great experience at Pinky’s! I was very silly and accidentally made our reservation for the wrong day, but the staff was incredibly sweet and attentive when we arrived. Their brunch was really popping, yet they still offered us a few options right away. We could sit on their patio immediately or take a table inside that they would need back by 12:30. The weather was beautiful, so we chose the patio. It’s also equipped with heat lamps for colder days, which is such a thoughtful touch.
We were a party of six and were genuinely impressed with how quickly they were able to accommodate us without a reservation. Our server was fantastic and the menu was full of unique and delicious options. The Pinky’s BLT was AMAZINGG and they were super accommodating with my dietary restrictions. Definitely recommend coming here for a fun brunch date or hang. Great vibes and great food all around!

We went to Pinky’s this past weekend to celebrate some fun life events, and it was the perfect place. They had lots of fun drinks to pick from as well as some mocktails.
The food was delicious. We did a bunch of tapas, and everything was super tasty. The food came out at a good pace. We tried a bunch of desserts too (not pictured), but could not rave about the cheesecake enough. The tiramisu was also to die for, but if you don’t like the taste of alcohol, you may not enjoy it. We hope to go back if we’re in the area again even if its just for a small plate or 2.

Enjoyed my visit to this restaurant. The food was excellent, especially the Artichoke Panino. I stuck to vegetarian options and really liked the Giardino board. Good selection of drinks and wines too. Overall, a great place and I’d happily return and recommend it. Just note that parking nearby is limited, so you may need to spend some time looking for a spot. Also it is better to make a reservation beforehand.

This was just ok. I think saying this is Mediterranean food is a huge stretch. I found my chicken pesto and garlic aioli, to be extremely salty.I was also confused by the options, and sides offered in relation to it being a mediterranean restaurant the ambiance was nice. I liked the open seating, but the chairs were extremely uncomfortable.
It would take a lot for me to return to this restaurant

Excellent option to go with your partner, friends, or family. The Prosciutto Patino Sandwich is divine, and if you like spicy flavors with a touch of curry, you must try the Spiced Lamb Risotto. The Crispy Pork Belly brings back a taste of Latin flavor.
The only downside is that sometimes there was a garbage smell because we asked to sit on the patio, and they placed us near the trash

Adorable place with great, fresh-tasting food. Lots of options and all sounded great. My risotto with charred octopus was good although for my pallette I felt like the complex flavors of the seasonal squash risotto was overpowering and took away from the wonderfully charred octopus that was tender and beautifully cooked. That may be my own fault though and the octopus was my choice to add. The Giardino board was great, fresh fruit and a nice selection of cheese we enjoyed. My husband thought everything looked so vibrant and fresh and enjoyed his dish as well with eggs and breakfast potatoes. Speaking of potatoes, if you order a side of them, it’s enough for 2 people, a nice healthy portion but so delicious you may want more .
Of note, parking was hard to find and some of us ended up walking a couple blocks so give yourself time if you’re meeting up with folks.
Overall great find, and we will be back to try more.
