The food here is horrific. Kitchen took forever to get out these microwave nuked wings that the sat under a heatlamp for an undetermined but lengthy period of time. You can see the sauce has congealed and dried on them. Roughly a 45 minute wait with almost no communication on food status from servers. Please for the love of god don’t come here.

I came in with my husband and stepson and we all ordered food, I am Celiac so I don’t eat much from here but the salads. I ordered a sweet BBQ chicken salad. All the food arrived together after a very long wait and my salad was completely different from what I ordered and had croutons on it. The waitress reordered the right salad and it took so long for it the guys were finished eating. To top it off as I was eating my salad I found not 1 but 2 lettuce cores on my plate…. WTH? Come on BWW! Get it together!

We went last night Friday 1/9. We got there 6pmish Party of 4 -2 adults 2 kids. it was full but we were seated right away ..no wait. We sat quite awhile before our drink order was taken and we went ahead and put our food order in at the same time. 2 – 2/$20 meals burgers & fries ..nothing complicated. We proceeded to sit for another hour before we received our food. At one point I tried to ask the manager about our order as he kept walking by our table …2 times I said “Excuse me” and he kept walking like he didn’t hear me …the 3rd time he walked by I said “EXCUSE ME!” and he finally stopped. I told him we’ve been waiting an hour …he said he’d check on it ….5 minutes later we got our cold food. We just ate it with no additional complaints because we were starving by this time (close to 8pm now)
No acknowledgement from the server or manager – like hey let me comp your drinks or give you a free meal on your next visit or anything at all!!!
The server preceeded to give us an $85 bill when it should have been $40.

#1 – To the manager ..if your kitchen is in the weeds. Stop seating and wiping tables and go help in the kitchen. Stop seating tables and let your kitchen catch up.

– Let your customers know up front that you are short staffed and they may be waiting awhile that way we can make the informed decision to stay or go.

– when a customer says excuse me? Don’t ignore them

#2 – to the server…no way I would let my customers sit for an hour and a half with no food …you could have offered chips and salsa or something.
You could have offered something to try and make it right and I wouldn’t be writing this …a free dessert, A few dollars off of our bill, a discount on our next visit….something, anything!

This is about the 3rd time we’ve had this experience at BWW …we will NOT be returning.
And an equally bad experience with a delivery order.

There really is no excuse …your making burgers, fries, and wings not souffle or filet mignon

We walked in 45mins before closing time on Valentine’s Day & sat in the bar area. Just looking for a cold drink & quick snack .. Our server/bartender was Tyler & he was awesome ! He was patient with us strutting in so late, got us everything we needed quickly so we were in & out in no time. Food came out hot & even though it was the end of his shift, Tyler gave us exceptional service. Thanks for that !

Went here on Saturday, January 17 at about 7:30pm. The place was a little busy but not completely full – got seated right away. Just me (Dad) and my 9 year old son (party of 2). Our server came out to the table to greet us, a guy named Derek, who was very disheveled – unshaven, teeth missing, uncombed beard, hair in a bushy ponytail, long fingernails and dirty looking hands. Sat down and waited a good 15 minutes for 2 sodas, then put our food order in which were both the same – All-American hamburger with no tomatoes on them, one with fries and one with onion rings, requested mustard on both – that’s it. About 35 minutes later, both hamburgers come out, and each one has tomatoes on them. When a different server brought our food out, I asked for some ranch to go with the onion rings. The ranch never came. I sat and waited for our server to come by the table, but for the next 15 minutes, he never showed up. My son is a slow eater, and he picked his tomato off, and started eating his hamburger. He was almost done with his hamburger when the server came back, and both glasses were empty (we each had the same soda). I told him that the hamburgers were incorrect and that there was a tomato allergy, thus why we requested no tomatoes, and I again asked for some ranch for the onion rings. While waiting even more, I asked another server for some ranch. Another 25 minutes goes by, and he finally comes out with a new hamburger, this time without tomatoes. I politely told the server that I asked for ranch three times, and I thought for sure that while they were re-making the hamburger they would have also brought out new onion rings, as the other ones sitting on the table were completely cold, and that I was still waiting on the ranch so that I could eat them. I also told him that if he or they had brought out any ranch, I probably would have eaten them while waiting, but I was not expecting to wait so long as I did. Our soda glasses are still empty at this point, and my son is finished with his burger. The waiter says he will go back and get a new set of onion rings dropped in the fryer and then bring them out. After another 10 to 15 minutes, the new onion rings cam out, and by this time, I am already done with my burger.

This place can do so much better. How hard is it to make two simple hamburgers the right way the first time?

Not happy, probably will be a cold day in hell before I return here to get another hamburger!

‼️ Bad Experience Alert — BW3’s Canal Winchester ‼️

I had one of the worst dining experiences ever at BW3’s in Canal Winchester. The food came out ice cold, and I waited over 30 minutes just for that. The manager came over, re-ordered my food, and said heveould becsure food was hot and he so called reordered — but guess what? I never even got my food. On top of that, my waitress never brought my drinks (just a water), barely checked on me, and seemed to only focus on the tables with Caucasian customers. The energy was just off I truly felt like I wasn’t being treated fairly, and it was honestly upsetting.

I left hungry, frustrated, and disappointed. It really felt like they didn’t care at all. Horrible service. I do not recommend this location at all!

First of all the food took an hour and 30 minutes AND was cold. The waitress was nice said it was the kitchens fault and if would be out shortly. The waitress came to our table not very often and took long to supply us with the water and drinks we asked for. Overall the atmosphere was unkind and we will never be returning to this establishment.

I recently visited Buffalo Wild Wings for the first time in quite a while, and I have to say, it was an experience that left me quite disappointed. As someone who has enjoyed dining out in the past, this visit was particularly frustrating and overshadowed by a series of unfortunate events.

From the outset, I noticed that our server, who was clearly new, seemed to overlook our table consistently. While I appreciate that everyone has to start somewhere, the lack of attention we received felt more than just a simple oversight. Our orders, which were fairly straightforward, arrived ice cold. After attempting to address this with the manager, we were left waiting an additional 45 minutes for our food, during which we felt completely neglected.

What baffles me is that the restaurant was not busy at all, which makes the lack of service even more puzzling. This experience has left me questioning whether I want to dine out again anytime soon. It’s disheartening to feel this way, especially when I was looking forward to enjoying a meal out after a long day. I hope that improvements can be made to ensure that other diners don’t feel the same way I did during my visit.

Paid almost $40 for awful food and service. Please see the attached photo of the fries that I paid $4.49 for. Barely any at all and it was soggy. I was also shorted a wing, which at $15.99 for 10 wings, meant I overpaid by $1.59. The cup of ranch was half the size of what it used to be and they were stingy with it too, the little cup was only half full. In addition to everything, the wings barely had any sauce on it and they did not provide any napkins or wet wipes with it. I picked up the wings on the appointed time and the boxes were absolutely soggy and falling apart. Overall, I am extremely dissatisfied and will not be coming or ordering from this location and possibly any other BWW locations again.
