People of Fort Worth/ TCU area, imma need yall to start acting right and hit up the BEST burger joint on this planet. This place is better than Whataburger, Jakes, In-n-Out, any possible place you can think of, this place is better. The buns 100/10, and the staff 1000/10. I’ve never had a burger anywhere as good as Dutch’s and I drive 1hr 1/2 to come eat here. Please don’t let this place close down because it definitely deserves to be busier than it is. If you don’t know about it..this is your sign to go!!

Burgers hit the spot after the TCU game!
The burgers were juicy, full of flavor, large and the toppings and buns were delicious!
Fries were great too.
We also had 2 chocolate chip cookies and the family loved them!
This could easily become a regular stop after games!

Let me first start off by saying Maggie is the bomb.com, I wasn’t able to successfully order my food online I called in and Maggie assisted me twice. She’s amazing and the food is really good. I had the Cobb salad. It was grilled very fresh and I added ranch with mine. The onion rings are handmade dipped in house batter so good. Definitely recommend for the onion ring lovers. The blue cheeseburger was delicious.
Thanks again!!!

Line was long but it goes fast. What is long is after you put in the order, takes a little bit for them to prepare the order. We came after a football game so that is why it took a bit of time which is totally understandable. I thought the dutch burgers were good not great and fries was poor. The wings were good though. my wife really loved her burger the vaquero burger.

Stick with the burgers. That being said the buns are dense and sweet, but the beef and toppings are done very well and flavorful. The crispy chicken salad was unappealing when presented. The chicken was dry and over cooked, the plate was messy with greasy finger prints on it and other drips, hard boiled eggs cut side down, and the candied pecans were dredged in powdered sugar. Appetizers were good. The nailed the chedder peppers and jalapeno and onion straws they had a good heat and flavor. If you are coming for beer and appetizers you wont be disappointed.

It’s been at least seven years since I’ve visited Dutch’s Hamburgers off of University near TCU. Everything is just as I remember it, including the parking situation.
I walked in and ordered my food at the counter, choosing the Country-Fried Dutch, onion rings, and a chocolate shake. (Never skip the shake at Dutch’s.)
The onion rings have visible cracked peppercorns in a light, flaky batter. They’re great on their own but they’re even better dipped in the ranch.
The shake is thick and creamy, but still manageable through the straw. I wouldn’t change a thing about it.
This sandwich is beautiful. The golden brown breading on the patty, the fresh garden, the lightly buttered toast for the bun. I even love the gravy. If you’re here at the right time to get a parking spot or you happen to be attending TCU and need a lunch, this sandwich is a must-try.
Over all, Dutch’s Hamburgers is a must try for anyone sampling the cuisine around DFW, and can guarantee, even with a seven year lapse, the quality of their experience hasn’t degraded. Their regular burgers are thick and juicy, their specialty items are amazing, and their service is always a treat. 5/5

Been here on many occasions over the years and it’s always been very mid. Convenient location in TCU, the beer and cheese sticks are keeping the lights on.
Smash burgers were not very flavorful, bun was cold actual burger was somehow falling apart even though it had a toothpick in it.
Cheese sticks were great!

Sooo good! Great burgers, from your typical burger to specialty burgers that are as tasty as they are unique. Buns are soft and tasty, burgers are large and definitely fill you up. Everything tasted great, the Only issue I had was with the onion rings. They were huge and delicious with a pepper and beer batter coating that was super tasty. The problem with them is since they were cut thin but wide the batter doesn’t have enough onion to cling to on the edges so the breading slips off on your first bite of every ring. Not a huge deal, everything still tasted great, just had to slap the batter back on the onion and hold it in place but still a minor inconvenience. Overall, great place and would definitely visit again!

Dutch’s is a Ft Worth gem, located right across from TCU. They have some of the best burgers around—-the buns are what sets them apart! But don’t take my word only, look at the long list of reviews and even the award they have won for best burgers! Also, the ownership are pretty great too!

I personally prefer some other restaurants around campus over Dutch’s, but it does get the job done and it is fairly good food! There is nothing special and I think it’s a bit overpriced, but it’s not bad by any means!! The employees are pretty nice, too!
