Everything was fine, from the service to the atmosphere, the food looked decent. However fast forward to about 2 am and I was hugging the toilet barfing for 30 minutes. (No i didn’t drinking alcohol, I had a water) overall not to bad but wont go back for awhile considering.

The service here was excellent. The food was pretty darn good. However I find it dissapointing that they have not added a Gluten Free hamburger bun to the menu by now. That was a forgivable thing 5 years ago but now they are fairly inexpensive and so easily accessible that you know someone at Chilis who makes these decisions is just being stubborn or ridiculous. Like it will somehow break their budget or they just don’t like people who are allergic to wheat.

I went in their busiest day of the year, Veterans Day.. right after we were seated the restaurant filled up. We didn’t wait on anything, our server was on her game. The mozzarella sticks were amazing . There wasn’t a thing to complain about at this restaurant. That day they got a 10/10 from us.

I’m not even kidding, this may have been the best burger I’ve ever had (Bacon Cheeseburger). This Chili’s has an incredibly friendly staff and amazing food. It was cold and windy outside, and inside was very warm and cozy. My fiancé and I keep joking that nothing is going to ever be better than this Chili’s experience. But I don’t think we’re joking…

Love ️! – Love Chili’s! Me and a friend finally got together for some girl time and enjoyed the day with a meal and then enjoying the walking and talking through Spring Meadows Shopping Center. The food was ! Makayla at the Spring Meadows location was the Best! She was an excellent waitress. My meal was cooked to perfection!! Are you HUNGRY? Check them out. The next time I go I’m getting one of the burgers. They looked so good as well. I had the Smokehouse Combo: ribs, street corn, Texas toast, fries, honey chipotle chicken dippers with a rall glass of iced coca cola! Talking about good to the 10th Power!! Perfection! Makayla is the best waitress!

Drinks were at the table before I even got my coat off. Kyle our server had multiple tables and tended bar and I still didn’t have to ask for anything. My wife made me go on the Saturday before Xmas during lunch rush.

The only problem here is, even though they had plenty of vacant tables they asked us to wait for 20 minutes, food and service were great. 2 nd visit 30 min took an hour to be seated, again with a lot of vacant tables.

I rarely take photos of food, but just had to give the cook staff at this location the highest marks I can. Food was cooked PERFECTLY right down to the very crispness of the toasted bun, and the heat of the chicken was just right not to over warm the lettuce. The servers were extremely friendly and the service was some of the quickest I’ve seen in a long time…WAY TO GO

I went here for dinner, it wasn’t busy. I sat and ordered a non alcoholic drink in a small glass. Ordered an appetizer, Bone in Chicken wings.
My server had a good amount of tables, and I saw an upset table in his section. A large party sat down, so I ordered another beverage, no ice, and put my order in to beat the large tables. Ordering a burger and salad
I got a larger glass, but oacked with ice. Shortly after this, all my food came out together. I there were 20 minutes between my appetizer and dinner orders.
The wings were expensive for eight, and the sizes were so small. Half of the wings were as tiny as a baby’s pinky.
I don’t know why i was so disappointed, I asked for a manager who came over. I told him about my experience and I just wanted to pay my bill and go. I lost my appetite at the disappointing service and quality of food. He insisted on paying for it and invited me in for another free meal.
I asked him why he would think I would return? I appreciate his offer, but Chili’s and other chain restaurants need to go back to the basics of food service 101.
