Hubby and I visited for the first time and omg! I’m not a collard greens girl, but I’ve become one! Bussin! I mean so flavorful. The chicken was good and the Mac n cheese was good. Hubby had the oxtails. Delicious! Everything was great and service was so fast. We love how the chef came out with the waitress to bring the dishes.

Roc South is a wonderful restaurant for lunch, brunch, dinner, a date you Name it! It is serving Atlanta at its best. There is valet parking on site complimentary. The decor is chic but casual. We had a brunch reservation and were seated immediately. There is also outdoor seating available. They have music playing so it sets the mood. The staff were all very friendly and our waiter was prompt. We ordered drinks. I got a blueberry drink that is a cocktail but ordered without alcohol and it was good. It was sweet, the alcohol likely balanced it a bit. We had the beef short rib and grits. We also had the lamb chops and a waffle. The short rib was very tender and the grits were well seasoned. They are slightly thinner than I prefer, but still very tasty. The lamb was also well seasoned and the waffle added the sweet touch! The portions are generous so we had leftovers. I would definitely recommend Roc South for brunch!

Came here on a chill night, during the week, and met up with a friend. Friendly staff and the bartender had great recommendations for drinks. For food, we ordered the seafood egg rolls (good), the lamb chops (a little fatty), and catfish (delicious). The vibes and ambiance were great.

I came here with my parents, in laws, and fiancée and everyone really enjoyed the taste of their food and drinks! Our waitress was very attentive and kind! Definitely recommend the crab claws with jasmine rice!!

Five of my friends and I were in Atlanta visiting for a birthday celebration weekend. We went to Roc South for brunch on Sunday, October 5, 2025 (we had a reservation for 6 for 11 AM). I got the catfish with grits and my friends got various meals in which they raved about. I was also able to taste the short ribs with grits and the mac and cheese… everything I tasted was yummm! Our server Ajeemah was excellent. She was welcoming, knowledgeable, and had wonderful energy ✨ I would most definitely go back if ever visiting ATL again.

Everyone including me ordered the catfish for lunch and it was worth it! Great portions and loved the grits too. I also liked the salmon bites but the catfish was better.
The peach lemonade had actual peaches inside. I arrived right when they opened on a weekday so there was not a wait.

We are in town for a girls trip and found this place on TikTok on my FYP page. We decided to go check it out. We arrived around 11:30am on a Sunday. It was not too busy at all. Plenty of parking and they do offer free valet parking as well. The dress is casual and relaxing. The ambiance was very beautiful, relaxing laid back music, playing and the staff was awesome. As for the food it was well worth it. I spend around $35 for my meal, and it was well worth it.The plate came out, beautiful presented and clean plus it tasted very seasoned. It’s hard to get mac & cheese at a restaurant and it’s good.This place right here is top tier macaroni & cheese. I would recommend anyone go check them out. They did have a steady flow of customers. Please keep that in mind to arrive a little earlier. Oh, they also have mimosas as we as a bar.

Ajeema was amazing! She accommodated our need for a larger table, she was so knowledgeable about the menu shared awesome reccomendations and made our first experience awesome. She was personable and the reccomendations were spot on. Everything we got was amazing! Fish and grits crazy good. I got the short rib and grits. That was incredible. Margaritas were hitting!
