I just tried the Country Rib Sandwich. Way better than I expected it would be, and way better than a McRib. The meat is nice, lean, smoky-tasting, and definitely identifiable as pork. The sauce was delicious, adding a sweet, savory emphasis to the smokiness. The pickles and onions rounded it out with crunch and freshness.

It was the first Jack’s I have ever stopped at. Friendly employees. Ordered inside and got my food quickly. Burgers were tasty and enjoyed the crinkle fries. There was just the right amount of salt. I may have to try a peanut butter & cookies shake next time across the country!

Just went through and got a 3 pc chicken finger dinner – everything was great about the experience except when I went to open my plate I see the chicken… I literally the smallest pieces of chicken fingers I have ever gotten from jacks – one of the pieces doesn’t even have any meat barely it’s just straight up skin and batter… what a disappointing encounter..

Have had horrible experiences the past few times. This time puts the icing on the cake. Asked for mash potatoes with one of our orders, got fries. Asked for a large fry with one so I could share with my kids, got a small. Asked for sweet tea, got unsweet. Fries are ice cold and just got home with them…super disappointed…
