LOCAL, EATS, DRINKS, AND GOODS Owners Danny, Justin, and Dave grew up in Colorado. We have been in restaurant industry for over 15 years and finally decided to try our own place. We wanted to create a place to feature all the things we love about this great state, local food, local beer and spirits, art, artesian goods, etc … Even our tables and bar are handcrafted locally with recycled beetle kill wood! This is a place you want to hang out in. A portion of sales also goes to a local charity of choice, allowing us to directly have a positive impact on our community. We love Fort Collins and our area enough to commute from Denver everyday to operate our dream!

Holy smokes! Amazing service by Danny, combined with an empty, warm, enclosed outdoor room with perfect food was the best night we’ve had in awhile. This is our favorite spot in town. Good deal for sliders with lots of options. I think their meats are dry but the flavors are pretty on point. Sauces are good. Their fried sides and other specialties are really good especially the tater eclairs!

We were greeted by the owner who quickly went over the menu and the local favorites. When he learned we were from out of town he recommended a hibiscus cider that was exactly what I was looking for that I never knew I needed in my life.. the pork sliders were amazing and my husband’s beef sliders didn’t last long enough for me to even get a good look at them. Would recommended as that hole in the wall place you never knew you needed. It was good food, laid back atmosphere and an owner that takes pride in every encounter. We will definitely be back again!

My fiancée and I found this spot a few weeks ago. We visit FoCo only occasionally, but after the first time we went we’ve made a point to go back to The Colorado Room every time we’re in town. Their sliders are amazing and have a variety of types that sample various cuisines (including a bahn mi one). They offer a deal to get 1-3 sammies with a side and a drink, which can be a fountain drink or a few bucks extra for alcohol. I can’t recommend their sammie deal enough, and if you like sweet potato fries, their’s are the best I’ve ever had and come with a brown sugar aioli. The food is amazing and the vibe is very unique– what you might expect from a local shop in a college town. They have a back patio and seating out front, with a few tables and a bar area inside (that can get a little busy). On top of all that, the staff is friendly and it’s a great atmosphere. Be sure to check them out if you like sliders, beer, good food, and good vibes!

Seems like they have a little stage where they have live music as well. Went on a Sunday so wasn’t too busy but still pretty steady. Will definitely be retuning!

I can’t say enough about this place!! We were in town for work and looking for a place to have dinner. We only eat at places with good reviews and let me tell ya, this place stands up to every star ⭐️ There is a reason this place has 4.7 ⭐️ with 1.8k reviews!! And I’m here to add to it! Since we’ve been home, we have told every single person we come in contact with how much we love this place I told my hubby I wanna move to this town just so I can eat here all the time! The service was EXCELLENT! The food was EXCELLENT! the prices match the quality! The beer selection was EXCELLENT! this place is a GEM! This is one of those places that the owners put their heart into! I mean one of the owners brought our food to the table! Not some snotty high school kid that they hired! Trust me when I say to try the pesto chicken slider! I wanted to hug the person who created that! The poutine fries are to die for!! The wings were perfectly cooked! The Colorado room has my heart

Met up with an old friend here. Great atmosphere. Other person recommended the place because of the poutine. Not a dish I like but I got the sliders. Which had great topping combinations, just a little lite on base seasonings (salt/pepper) to really bring flavor out.
