Ordered a double quarter pounder and found out that the meat wasn’t cooked thoroughly (other reviews mention this). Called to ask for a refund since I had to throw away after the initial bite. Offered to send photos for proof. She demanded I bring the burger back but I told her I’m working and couldn’t. She wouldn’t budge so I was ultimately forced to drive back my uncooked QP during my work shift. Overall, just a terrible experience. Big thumbs down to this store franchise owner.

Order D082B has been in “preparing delayed for 30min” resulting in various delivery drivers cancelling and reassigning to a new one. I believe there should be a performance assessment for the store and its employees to ensure the delivery of excellent service and food.

The workers are extremely disrespectful. They like to change prices of sauces every day and be very argumentative when you try to buy it after the window. The morning crew, especially is the worst whatever female workers they have at the second window needs to be fired, her attitude is horrible and there’s a language barrier so I should think she should tone it down. Food is good though.

Need a better area or system for drive thru’s that are waiting for their order. No room for cars to wait on the side and the cars behind them get frustrated and altercations happen. Do better and find a way for everyone to be safe while waiting for their order.

I seriously stopped here having a restroom emergency almost an accident need I say more and the very rude lady playing manager not only ignored me twice when I asked her to open the restroom for me AFTER I had already paid for my meal, then she says if I dont leave my backpack with her behind the counter she wouldn’t open the bathroom for me . Mind you the entire time this is going on I’m about to have a serious accident in the lobby. She treated me like I was scum because I’m homeless. Insinuating if I brought my bag into the bathroom I would be smoking drugs or something she made that very clear. I wish she’d be fired for profiling And discrimination towards a paying costumer but knowing McDonald’s they will instead promote her.

This is the “Good McDonalds” I go past the Grady Way location to come here. People are nice, accurate, and fries are perfect. Always use the app to save money.

Food was decent but the woman at the counter told us to use the kiosk while we were deciding. Then persisted to ring up the gentleman who came in after. We got our food about 7 minutes after ordering and told drinks were coming. After eating I went up and waited for our drinks. She asked what I was waiting for so I told her. The drinks were sitting to the side behind their counter.
