It was our first time here (from out of state) never heard of it and where super excited to try it out. The menu can be overwhelming and theres not really a “how to guide” so if its your first time coming- they are made to order and you order first, they have a menu to choose from or you can customize your donut. I personally wished they wouldn’t dunk the donut right away into the frosting (the donut is super hot) and it kinda gets messy inside the box. I’d personally like to see them more loaded for the price but overall it was pretty good. The taste is way better and the staff was super friendly. We will be back for sure

Their crew was very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. They are really busy this first week opening, so bring your patience. My family and I purchased an Assorted Dozen, a large Original Lemonade, Sausage Egg & Cheese English Muffin & Bacon Egg & Cheese English Muffin sandwiches. Everything in the order was correctly made, and very delicious. We will be return customers, for sure.

First time visiting this new location and the inside was clean and bright. The employees were nice. Parking is a bit tight around this shopping complex. I got there around 1130 and they were already out of English muffins and most of the refresher flavors. I got the $5 combo which included a breakfast sandwich and any medium drink. The drink was good and the sandwich was ok.

Now I love me some Duck Donuts and I was super excited to learn there was now one in Wendell. HOWEVER, I ordered my dozen and the lovely women behind the counter rung me up then proceeded to grab my donuts from their fryer heaven then dipped them in the appropriate icings all with same gloves she rang me up with. I’m fighting with whether I should politely remind her then a second women who rang up the customer behind me proceeds to do the same thing [he paid cash] and I knew at that point HERD IMMUNITY was just gonna have to do. The Donuts tasted great ! I know what you’re thinking, I’m a boy mom x2 they’ve handed me worse haha.

I had heard so much about duck donuts, excited to try it out. I don’t know if I was being picky or not, but I was disappointed. Waited a while, but donuts turned out to be a little mushy and questionably somewhat raw. And it was hard to enjoy them with all the icing running off and them bending on both sides because of how warm they were.
