The 5 stars are for Brady Street for fixing Division Street mistake. I’m not the type to complain but I had the worse experience at Division St. last night I order dinner for the family on the app, we picked up and noticed they forgot a medium and large fry for the other two meals. I backed up told the manager “we were miss two fries” and the manager had said “they should be in there”. My daughter was going through the bag again in front of her and we said again “we don’t have them”. The manager proceed to ask the young man who gave us the order(he sounded and looked so stressed out) if he put the fries in there and he state “I thought I did”. The manager finally gave us our fries she didn’t seem too happy about it. I had ordered their new burger the Pulled Pork, when I held the burger I noticed it seemed light and I opened it looked like they took a knife to spread the pulled pork. I knew with over 20 years in the restaurant business I knew that was not enough pulled pork and knew it probably should be 2oz of meat on there. So I went back to Division St to have them fix my burger. When I arrived I went in to the store the young man was putting orders together and taking drive thru orders and also paying attention to the lobby counter, he said he will be right with me, as I was waiting the manger was in the back talking with the cook and I heard someone swearing back there. The manager finally came up and I told that there wasn’t enough pulled pork on here. She told me they have a weight limit and can’t put more on. So I left and called Brady St. and I spoke with Ashley and I asked how many ounces is in your pulled pork and I told her my issue and she told me to come there so she can look at it. Ashley looked as my burger and she said “nope they did not put enough on”. The lovely ladies Ashley, Jada and Dyesha took really good care of me. I’m only going to Brady St from now on. I am enclosing the difference between the two burgers.

Most Hardee’s that I go to have employees that don’t care about their jobs and treat the customers like we are making them work, not these two ladies! I love these two ladies, what I order is always depending on if one of them is here that day. When these ladies are on duty the quality of the food is always better and the atmosphere of the restaurant is always cheerful. Seriously if these ladies ever stop working here you may as well close the doors. I’ve stopped in for fries and a smile on more than one occasion.

My “Big cheeseburger” maybe the worst hamburger I’ve had in three or four years. thin, dry and barely warm, it was completely pathetic for an $11 combo. Wendy’s biggie bag is a much better sandwich for half the money. I used to eat at Hardee’s a lot but no longer do as they seem to have forgotten what tasty food is about.
the fries were fresh out of the fryer and quite good though. this particular store was pretty clean and the bathrooms we’re pretty good. located between a couple of major arteries in Davenport, it was virtually empty at noon on Monday

Connie was my cashier she was amazing polite and got everything correct on the order. Amanda was the cook it was fast hot and fresh. Nothing was sitting out in warmers for long time. I seen Joyce doing drive thru. She she working hard also and joking around with others. The world needs more people like her. Great job all of you we will be back to eat here again.

I went to Hardee’s for lunch and I ordered two ranch snack wraps with bacon and two spicy snack wraps I asked for everything to be made fresh. I understand that it take time to make things fresh and I was willing to park and wait. The young lady prepared my food. It was not fresh and she forgot the bacon. I went back around through the drive-through and explain to them what was going on with my food. The manager was upset very disrespectful telling me that they were made fresh and that yes she forgot to add the bacon and that she would give me bacon through the window when all I asked was for her to prepare my food fresh and add the bacon. She was very disrespectful yelling at me. I asked her the manager name. She told me that the manager was not there and walked away the young lady that was at the drive-through explain to me that the manager was gone for the day and that her name was Amanda. I called my sister who is an assistant at one of their stores in Wisconsin and explain to her what was going on and I also called my niece who is an employee at their store and explain to her what was going on and they both were in disbelief as was I I really don’t believe that that the CEO of Hardees would appreciate how their customers are being treated

I rarely leave feedback for fast food places, most are…just what they are, but our server, Anquilla, was excellent. Very friendly, talkative (but not obnoxiously so) and informative, not just for a fast food worker but in general, very impressive. Thank you for a surprisingly good experience, keep it up!
