New AI drive thru is annoying, slower than a human, and consistently gets my order wrong causing me to be parked and made to wait while its made. Nothing fast about fast food. Get rid of the annoying Ai garbage and go back to customer service.

The food was very fresh. Almost couldn’t eat it. The cashier up front was very kind and quick. However, I was watching one of the persons with a drive thru headset on prepare food in the back. While he was waiting on the orders to come in he was picking his nose, squeezing frosty to drink from a small cup then wipe his mouth with his hands before preparing my fries without washing his hands!!!
Went to sit in the dining area and went from table to table before I could find a clean one.
The service here is usually really great but that’s because I usually use the drive through. May not be back to this one.

I have ordered from this location about three times now and every single time when the food arrives, there is something missing or one of the items is wrong. As a food service worker myself, I get that things happen. However, this time when I ordered, both of the chicken sandwiches I ordered were supposed to have only lettuce, but both ended up having an absurd amount of mayonnaise, pickles, and tomatoes. I would be somewhat understanding most of the time but pickles aren’t even supposed to be on this sandwich by default, so the employees had to go out of their way to put them on there. Also, that amount of mayonnaise is genuinely atrocious and most definitely done on purpose. In addition to all of this, the store is extremely slow when it comes to making orders.

Stopped into this Wendy’s drive thru after a long day for a combo meal. The AI speaker at the order box just kept asking the same question over and over. My granddaughter put her back window down and asked for a human, which we did get a human male that asked me to hold on and said he would be right with me, after about 5 minutes I asked into the order box if the store was still opened, which I should have known it would be as it was only 7:30 in the evening, it was just so dark outside already but it threw me off. I pulled around front and parked, went in to find about 10, maybe 15 employees behind the counter, yet the drive thru was backing up when I pulled around. I walked inside to a completely empty dining room and not a single person ordering at the register. The young man at the register was sarcastic and incapable of taking my simple order, I had to tell him more than once what I was ordering and he still couldn’t catch on, I paid and received my order and left, but did not feel confident eating it. I am a Christian and boy did I pray over this food. I only ate about half of it as I just couldn’t get over the complete negligence and incompetence I just experienced. The owner of this location needs to do a very thorough audit to determine if that many people are needed to do a very unsatisfactory job. They are getting paid for absolutely nothing in return. Needless to say as I drive this route going forward I will not even look sideways at this restaurant even if I’m starving! I can pretty much see why I pass by so many Wendy’s stores that have permanently closed!!! It’s only a matter of time before this Wendy’s location suffers the same fate.

I have doordashed baconator fries three times from this location and all three orders have arrived completely plain. The fries arrived in the container for baconator fries so it’s not that the workers assumed that I was ordering plain fries, they’re just going out of their way to not provide any toppings I suppose. I’m not sure what they assume BACONater fries are supposed to come with but as far as I can tell they don’t think bacon is on that list, nor cheese. Baconator fries are supposed to have bacon and cheese. I’ve never had issues with any other food so my best guess is that a worker there extremely dislikes baconator fries specifically because that is the only explanation in my mind why I only have issues with my fries and I always have issues with my fries. If you have any intention on eating baconator fries I would suggest you find another location because this one is dead set on not making any.

Jen was working the cash register. She has short hair and is a mature woman. I watch her go around to every single table and go above and beyond to check in with everybody. I have witnessed her Service in person not just me but everybody in the building. She has a very good attitude and made the atmosphere very welcoming and warm. Great service great attitude And nice lunch. It made me want to come back. She went back to the cash register to unload sauces and was just happy to be here.

I went to this Wendy’s location around 11pm and ordered two spicey chicken meals. After taking two bites of the sandwich, I was shocked to see that the chicken was raw and not cooked. Pictures and a video will be attached as proof. I went back and asked the manager to look at the sandwich and if he would eat that. He offered me another sandwich. Now, who would want another sandwich after that? I will never be returning to this wendys. If you choose to order food from this location, I would check the food before eating anything. THIS IS THE WORST WENDY’S EVER.
