I ordered 2 triple bacconators and 1 Dave’s double after 5min waiting to get to the window they asked me to pull up and wait there for my order well after 10+ more min waiting they finally brang out my order I get home and surprise they screwed up my order giving me all 3 Dave’s burgers and what’s more none of them had any bacon at all the meat was dry over cooked for $ 61.00 for 2 meals and one just the burger. Who can afford to eat fast food anymore it’s ridiculous how expensive they’re all getting.

Walked in to grab a burger and chili. The server had a nice smile and looked happy to be there, 5 stars. The inside looked very clean but there was a funky smell near the cash register.
The food took about 15 min to hit my hand, slow as there was only one order ahead of me.
The food quality…well it’s fast food so I’m rating it in a fast food category, 3.5.
Overall 3 stars (they got an extra 1/2 star for the smile) and yes I’ll be back again

This is my favorite Wendy’s in Silicon Valley, although it somehow always needs work. I’m not sure how this is possible, since this is the flagship Wendy’s for the area. However, the booths are comfortably padded, there is plenty of parking, and the temperature is generally reasonable. For some reason, the televisions do not work, so I have no idea why they are still there!

Where do I start. How about walking through door, your greeted with a very strange smell. I’m with my dad and he says “can you smell that?”. It was such an odd smell, I couldn’t pin it down. We ordered, staff are disengaged, don’t care and really appear to be physically there spending their time to collect. paycheck. We ordered, process was straightforward. As we were waiting we asked for cups for water, 2 different staff members didn’t understand, the 3rd finally offered us water cups. Received our food, sat down, realized I didn’t want to touch my food without washing my hands and WOW, Yikes. As I get closer to the bathroom I smell the sewer that my dad is referring to. I get into the bathroom, it’s dark, foreboding, dirty, moldy and stinks something fierce. The bathroom had a warm, humid, bizarre sewer smell, it was bad bad bad. Checkthe pictures I’ve attached, it’s seriously disgustingly unhealthy and it’s spilling over into the kitchen and dining area. The food was OK, but the owners clearly don’t care about the customer experience, the place is dirty. My dad pointed out the paper towl holder behind the cashier was holding on by one nail and tilted and a bizarre angle ready to fall off. If there were ever a case of restaurant slumlord, this would be the posterchild. AGain the food was OK, but there was just a bad bad vibe here. Will never go back. On a side note, went to the Wendee’s in San Leandro recently and that store was immaculate, great service, food was better, just an overall pleasant experience. #Wendy’s #Wendys. Please Wendy’s, fix this store for your own benefit, it’s horrible. #Wendys

Only Wendy’s I know that never, ever pays attention on what you order! You get home & find out they didn’t care what you ordered. It’s happened more than once & will not be going back

Good Wendy’s with a reliable and trustworthy drive through window. Been a few times, nothing missing from the bag once I drove away. Don’t trust this sign that makes it look like the Wendy’s is gone. It’s there.
