I traveled the country and stop at Waffle House is all over the country and I was very disappointed with this one. My waiter was like didn’t have a personality at all. I ask him for iced tea and he forgot that and he brought me sweet tea when I asked for unsweet tea and then when I got my receipt, I thanked him, but he didn’t thank me. He didn’t smile or anything.

I work next door and I’ve waited 45 minutes for a single Texas patty melt while people who drove up after I ordered then went inside and ordered and got their food before mine even began to be made. I don’t like complaining and I usually wait abt 20 minutes and am satisfied cuz I understand it’s an online order but why is my ticket and another sitting of to the side where they won’t be made yet even tho they were there first. everytime the short young man with brown hair works he does this last time I waited 45 minutes because he said he did not notice it but this time it’s clearly sitting there off to the side even tho I tipped 20%. Im not asking you to get down and worship me im just asking to be treated like a paying customer. At the time im writing this I’ve yet to get my food wonder when I will.

Allways a good time, took my boys for a mom morning. Our waitress Joann went above and beyond for them. Even with it being a busy Saturday morning, she still listened to them when taking their orders, and even gave my one son the smiley face on his waffle he asked for in whipped cream. It made his day.

I’m in town working nights, so I stopped in Tuesday night after 10 pm the waitress was rude! Rolled her eyes at me when I asked for the grandslam then she said “go to dennys then. We have all stars here.” The food finally came out it was good. The tea tasted sour, like a dirty pitcher. Never got a refill then she rolled her eyes again when she seen the tip I left. It was 5.00

Restaurant was kind of busy but my server had a big smile on her face and greeted me like family. Jena Cortney Edd and Deven really made the atmosphere so much more! The way they work together laugh just made it like home. Food was great came out fast cooked perfectly. Timely refills tea tasted great. I can not wait to come back next weekend.

First of all when I went in the tables was full of dishes, I found a place to sit the server was nice but the cook had a attitude, after I place my order I ask if I could get cheese on my eggs and the server told the cook and he caught an attitude so I said to the cook if it’s a problem don’t worry about it, and he looked at me and turned his head and I ask him again if it’s a problem don’t worry about it he looked at me again and ignored me so I walked out. I think he was a little racist or mad that I interrupted his card game that he was playing while I walked in!!!!

Our waitress was very helpful. She made sure to check on us and make sure our order was right. Some of the dishes however were not clean. We got cups with stuff in & on them. We had to leave our drinks.

walked in service was horrible , one skinny girl one big girl and big guy just cussing up a storm in there . Was giving me and my friends stank looks the whole time. The last 3 nights has been only take out because they had to mop . while they had other people at a seat.
They also got mad because we paid extra for jalapeños and never got them on our bacon hashbrown bowl.
Food is very very greasy.
