Just a really bad environment. Horrible costumer service. I went through the drive thru and paid for a 6 piece happy meal with extra fries a water and honey mustard.
Got a 4 piece apple slices and no sauce. When I went in to rectify the issue, the manager was absolutely awful. She ignored me, and yelled at the employee near her to “take care of the counter.” Said employee then came up to me and snappedz and snatched the apple slices from my hands. I would stay away from here. Employee mentioned was named Max. Not sure of the manager.

The employees are nice but my fries were soggy, the food (especially chicken items) were extremely overcooked, they were dark and extra crispy. I also ordered a plain item that they put everything on, and it looks like they tried miserably to wipe it clean once they realized their mistake. It was not busy at all, so I don’t understand why my food was so rushed and such bad quality.

Went to the kiosk to order, it didn’t print a receipt which was the least of my worries. I had to get my own cups because after standing inside for 8 minutes no one even acknowledged that I was standing there. We ordered to go and when we were standing waiting the female getting the food orders together (assuming management) told someone in the back to watch their mouth because this is a family establishment after he was loudly cussing. We finally got our food and left the store made it home and we ordered chicken nuggets in which we didn’t get any sweet and sour sauce that was ordered. Overall just another bad experience here we will start traveling when we have a craving for McDonald’s.

This location is struggling with order accuracy. The last three times I’ve been through the drive thru, I was pulled over to the waiting area and my orders have been given to someone else, had to be remade, or were just wrong. I also cannot seem to get my order within a reasonable amount of time. If I try to run here for a lunch pickup, I sometimes have to drive away without my order after waiting for 20 minutes, or come back later to get it since things are being mixed up/remade.

Mediocre experience at best. Made my latte wrong, then went to make it a hot latte but put it in the flimsy plastic frozen latte cup and made it wrong again. Fries were freezing cold, and all in all it took forever.

About 5 years ago this used to be one of the best McDonalds you could go to (IMO). Now is a different story. The service is terrible, food is always cold and they can never seem to get the order right. We just went through the drive through line. Tried to charge us for someone else’s order and then tried to give us someone else’s drink. The lady gave us 2 drinks and told us to have a good night. We had ordered food as well… this McDicks clearly needs to get it together.

Me and my freind went today. My chiken sandwich was super chewy and felt like there was loins in it and it didn’t even look right. They also forgot my sandwich, her sandwich and our apples. I feel like it’s getting worst every time I go.
