A one star review isn’t deserved for this Dairy Queen. Please do not waste your time or money. The customer service is awful, I have never been without receiving an attitude from a worker. They are unable to fulfill their menu items that are listed on the website directly for this store. We will never be returning.

Stopped in for a quick chili cheese dog. Quick and friendly service. If you’ve never had a Dairy Queen chili cheese dog you should. Prices are very reasonable with most combos well under $10. Location is easy to get in and out.

This used to be a good place to go. Last few experiences have not been great. Drive thru employee apparently can’t count and give correct items. Went in to have it fixed and employee at the register and drive thru wanted to argue and accuse me of lying. Probably would have been easy to go back and check the camera to see their mistake. Instead they chose to call me a liar. I have no reason to lie over a $3.99 blizzard! New employers are definitely needed at this location! Things like this is why Culver’s stays packed and this location stays pretty much empty, they have amazing customer service and food is so much better!

Stopped in the drive-thru to pick up a quick lunch. Paid, they handed me my food and off I went. Pulling out onto the side street I see a man running towards the road and he is moving with purpose! He runs right up to my truck, with my drink. I had driven off and didn’t notice. I didn’t get a name but appears he may have been the manager. THAT is customer service! Most places now, you’re lucky if they get your order correct, this man went way above and beyond. Kudos to you sir I hope you get some recognition for this.

We asked if we could get a dipped cone or upgrade a side and were happy to pay the extra charge, but the staff told us no. I’ve visited other locations in Georgia and North Carolina where they simply charge for the upgrade without any issue. It was confusing and disappointing that this location wouldn’t offer the same option.

If I could give a 0 star review I would! I wanted the new mint crunchin cookie blizzard and in the app it says you will get a side of the crunchin cookie dip. They refused to give me the side of dip even though there app says it comes with it. I am highly disappointed and upset with the false advertisement I would not eat here or order ice cream ever again

Love Dairy Queen, been eating it since I was a kid! Don’t Love getting scammed by this DQ. I asked to sub my chocolate for carmel on my banana split, like I always do; first they have to charge me (you’re kidding right!?) and second now that they charged me look what I got ..a few drops in the lid (didn’t even get any on my ice cream)! Scammers with attitudes be weary…

Love this quick treat with our Granddaughter! It’s close to her Daddy’s & is easily accessible for everyone. The ice cream was plentiful and quite good! The service was pleasant and we even had the opportunity of enjoying outside on the patio.
