It was almost ok. We got fries instead of tots. The fries were way overcooked and tasted like the oil was way overdue to be changed out. Grilled cheese for my kid was a bit of a mess. Probably won’t go back.

Burger was burnt around the edges and hard. Tater totts was hard and tasted like they had been sitting under the lamp. Ordered online but waited almost 15 mins to receive order but they were not even that busy. Kinda rude car hops also when u mention the wait time, girl let go of one of my bags on purpose I caught it. She let it go before my hand was even on it. Yikes. Need to work on customer service skills. Most of the time, we have a great experience. Just not this time.

Picked up a mobile order, only to realize just after I left that it was the wrong food in the bag. I came back and tried 3 different stalls in an effort to get some help, but never did. After about 10 minutes of trying, I had to leave. I understand that mistakes happen, but not even being able to get help is a little extreme.

We had two separate orders, and they came to the car twice instead of just bringing both, which was kind of an inconvenience. The guy was friendly and didn’t seem bothered by it, though.

We came by around 1:30pm ish had a difficult time ordering asked for another employee same person came out. I wanted the cheddar peppers told me no longer have them but have it advertised on the menu. When I got my full order the cheeseburger was completely cold and my mozzarella sticks were old cheese was straight rubber texture. I talked to the manager I was told full refund or remake the order I chose the refund and only got half of my refund and just to top the situation they took the food back in which is cross contamination that’s a big no!. never coming back

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Order was completely wrong after waiting for 30 minutes after placing an app order. Food was sloppy put together and not correct.
