Stopped in to grab some breakfast to go. First thing I noticed was the greasy , sticky floor. Young lady at the cash register was very polite and happy. The manager was being pretty rude, correcting all of the employees in front of customers. We had to wait for a while for our food. Bathrooms were not very clean either . Got to the car and our order was wrong.

Two breakfasts in a row I ordered a Burrito with NO VEGETABLES (no tomatoes onions jalapenos) and both times they’ve ignored me resulting in me just throwing away perfectly good food because they are diced fine and not able to be removed. Please follow the directions given when ordering and on the ticket/receipt. Now im out 10 dollars and hungry.

Got a bag of burritos with no tomato got pulled for fresh sausage didnt even get the sausage on the burritos so I called lady was nice asked me to bring it back I did no problem accidents happen I was laughing about the whole thing it was actually funny I get there and mostly everyone is polite but the man making the burritos and things just couldn’t keep his face silent. I get it I work in fast food in town too sometimes its an off day but ive never down right glared with disgust at a customer over a mistake we’ve made all im saying is this braums specifically is known for being iffy and that man made not want to return ♀️

A little disappointed on September 22, 2025. Two of us went inside the store and both ordered breakfast burrito, combos one being a grande.. they came out on the platter, both wrapped with grande packaging and nobody could tell us which one was the correct burrito. The lady behind the counter actually asked me to unwrap a burrito with my hands to identify the correct one and then hand it off to the correct person.. It went completely over her head that that was somewhat unsanitary..

Went through drive thru. Placed order it was repeated correctly to me. Go pay receipt has everything printed on it correctly. Yet it was the worse experience I have had at Braum’s for a long time.
The only correct meal was the kids meal.
The adult burger meal was totally made wrong.
I ordered a strawberry poppy seed salad. It was not even worth the effort. First when I arrived at the window to get my food. I was told they had NO poppy seed dressing REALLY. So I agree to take honey mustard. When arriving back at my office I got grilled chicken instead of the fried chicken and they gave me thousand island dressing again REALLY . So to the store to get the correct dressing just to get back to see what the salad looked like. Certainly not a pleasant view to the eye. On top of the dressing issue look at the picture the lettuce is totally disgusting so I picked out the incorrect chicken and pineapple and had to call it good.
Totally disappointed in this location.
