Absolutely recommend! The staff were incredible. They were so helpful and wanted to make sure we were satisfied! I ordered the portofino ravioli and the sauce was a bit too acidic for me so they made me a whole new batch with butter and Parmesan and it was INCREDIBLE!!!! It comes with a side salad and my Caesar was very good. They also have a delicious baked ziti. The bread rolls and dip is complimentary and came out fresh each time.
Shout out to the amazing manager Bradley and the wonderful waiter Able. If you go while they’re working you will be so well taken care of. We will definitely be back!

We recently dined at Grapevine’s Casual Italian Dining, and the service was truly the highlight of our visit. Abel was our server and did an excellent job—very attentive, friendly, and on top of everything without being intrusive. The host was also extremely welcoming and attentive to our needs, which made us feel genuinely appreciated as guests. Because of them, service easily earns five stars.
The restaurant atmosphere itself was pleasant and comfortable. Nothing overly fancy, but clean and inviting, so I’d give the environment a solid 4 stars.
Unfortunately, the food was a disappointment. We ordered the chicken parmesan and the lasagna, and both were very lackluster. The lasagna was not fantastic at all and the meat was meaty tasting and weird. Edible, but comparable to Taco Bell meat texture. For an Italian restaurant, we expected richer flavor and a stronger emphasis on cheese and seasoning, but neither dish really delivered. The best I can honestly give the food is three stars.
I do want to acknowledge that this was the day after Christmas, and I truly appreciate the staff who showed up to work during the holiday period—that absolutely matters. That said, the main reason we visited was for the food, and it simply didn’t meet expectations. Sadly, I’ve had better Italian food at a Fazoli’s.
Because of that, we likely won’t be back, but I do want to give credit where it’s due: the service was outstanding, and Abel in particular deserves recognition for doing a great job.

Was in the mood for Italian food while they’re looking at Christmas lights. One of the locals told us of this place. We went and tried it out. The food, the service. The drinks were excellent was $5 martini night so that was a surprise as well. If I lived in the area I would be a regular customer.

Grape Vine’s is a great spot for those who love a menu with a nice selection, but not overloaded with too many items. There is something for everyone here. Seriously. I brought a group of 20 Mock Trial kids here and they accommodated us quickly. The wait staff and management was so incredibly patient (way more than some teachers I know). The atmosphere was great. And, of course, the food. Everyone in my party was more than happy with what they ordered, and it seemed like we had damn near everything on the menu. Highly this spot for big groups, or for intimate occasions. Will definitely be coming…but probably without the herd of teenagers…

I got the chicken parmesan and it was so delicious!!! Honestly, one of the best i’ve ever had, will definitely be back for it. My waitress, Brittney, was amazing tonight and very attentive. Will recommend this place to others.

Great place for some excellent lunch brunch options. They have good variety of options to choose from. The bread which was served at the beginning was fluffy, excellent and great in taste. The pesto pasta Chicken, bruschetta, and flat bread were really good. Highly recommend this place for great Italian food.

Dined here on 4/25/25. They have a welcoming staff with prompt service. The place appeared clean and taken care of. The spaghetti and meatballs were pretty good, especially the meatballs. The wife had the chicken parm. The chicken was real tender. The salad was pretty big and fresh. The house dressing is real good.

The only reason I’d give the food 4 stars is because I’m very particular about my salads and they were very basic, however, all of the dishes were delicious. We had the lasagna, chicken & eggplant parmesean. All three dishes were very generous portions and tasty.
Now on to the service… we walked in and they were very busy but welcoming from the moment we checked in at the host station. My brief interaction with the bartender was sweet + she made good drinks. Our server Kaitlyn was lovely! She was incredibly accommodating and delightful. Yhe food runner was super fun and made us laugh. And to top it all off, the manager ( I unfortunately didn’t catch his name) supported his staff as any good leader shouid- you could tell everyone enjoys working there. He took the time to connect with us and sent us off warmly as we walked out.

Service was good, but understaffed when we went. Not much teamwork to help bus tables, which was really disappointing to watch. The two servers who were there seemed to wait for the new shift to arrive and bus their tables for them. The server we had, himself, was very nice and helpful, but also reticent about helping to clean off the tables of the departed guests. I understand how hard it is when you are in the weeds, but I hope this review will remind them how important a clean environment can be for the customers as well. It seemed unfair for newly arrived staff to have to clean tables to accept customers.
The chef did a great job with my dietary restrictions. It was great to see him take such good care of my needs and work with me to find a delicious meal choice.

Our waiter was wonderful. Very attentive and thoroughly helpful. The food was amazing! I think we got there between customer rushes, so there were only two other people dining other than us for a little while. The restaurant is clean, cozy, and romantic. And, at least while we were there, they were playing 80s love songs. ❤️
Definitely recommend, and we will always come here to eat any time we are in Dahlonega.
