Greeted coldly, no customer inside. Proceed to talk with coworker, asked for my order, ring the sandwich and hand me the product without tissue paper or even bother to put in the paper bag.. told me have a nice day though hence the 1 star

Don’t bother doing a mobil order. The young girls that work there will not add your condiments out of pure laziness. I ordered my sandwich with mayo, oil & vinegar, and salt and pepper and it had zero of these condiments or spices when I got it.

It was so nice to go in and have my sandwich made just the way I like it. And with such a sweet smile on the employee.
She went above and beyond I was greeted when I walked in. She asked me many questions on how I would like my sandwich, which made it perfect.

Me and my wife were greeted by a middle aged woman with dark hair. She said she was the manager. She refused to make my sub the way I asked her flat out refused to give me more veggies on my sub and only gave my wife 1 of 2 portions of chicken. I asked her for corporates number she told me to go look it up. Very nasty attitude. I walked back in and asked for the store owners name and she told me kapel? My point is all of these places with poor customer service should be closed for good. We are your income respect and being polite to every customer should be mandatory. I would like to speak with this kapel. Everyone who comes here should leave a review good or bad. Bristol needs to know where they can go to get food how and when they like it, without being disrespected by employees of that company. Tell everyone your story and close this store!
To be clear I wanted to dine in but felt like I was not welcome!

I wasn’t really thinking of doing a review but after seeing so many negative ones for this location I had to.
This is my go-to Subway, I have a blast with each person working and my sandwich is always amazing.

Last night I did one of my usual online orders, a Tuna. It was ready when I got in, filled my drink, had a laugh with a customer, got my chips, gave a $3 tip and left. I got home, added my chips took 2 bites before realizing, there was no tuna!
I was so dumbfounded that there was no tuna but that I even opened it and didnt process that there was no tuna ‍♀️
I called the store and the young girl working was dumbfounded as well lmao
I went back, and she was so sweet and apologizing the whole time. She remade my sandwich WITH the tuna and gave me a cookie for the trouble. It was one of the most hilarious and innocent mistake experiences. She even let me keep the chees sandwich, which was also great!
Kiddo still earned that $3 tip.

Terrible service. I placed an online order 30 minutes before my arrival for 12:50, paid for it, and received a message saying that my order had been accepted and was being prepared. I arrived at 12:52, only to be told that my order wasn’t ready and that I needed to wait. In the end, I had to wait another 20 minutes. What’s the point of placing an online order in advance if they only start making it after I show up?

ETENTION,!!!IS NOT SAFETY NOT FREINDLY UNCLEANLINESS AND UNHYGIENIC WAY OF WORKING.. i saw how today i witnessed a young girl with a toldder placing an order. The employees were faling food. She noticed they just threw this sandwich at her. But what happened after she left the premises. I need to contact health and food safety urgently!

Misleading Coupons, Disappointing Experience

I didn’t even get to order food because this location doesn’t honor the Subway coupons I received in the mail. The $7.99 footlong deal is already limited (excluding the Beast and one other), but the staff here took it even further and said it only applies to a basic one-meat sandwich—not even one listed on the regular menu. What’s the point of sending out these promotions if you’re not going to honor them properly? I left frustrated and hungry.
