This Taco Bell usually has nice staff and the tables are kept clean. The dining area is large and usually only has a couple of people in there during lunch hour. I have experienced the drink machine being a little dirty and have no a weird smell to it.

We have a weekly tradition of coming here for dinner. Yes, sometimes the orders are wrong. They aren’t wrong to the point of bickering. However after last night, I will never ever eat here again. The entire order was wrong. Every single item was either made incorrectly or wasn’t the right item. 2 items were completely forgotten. Then…..I bite into a 7layer burrito and I felt something chewy. Lo and behold, I got to munch on not ONE BUT TWO…..TWO PIECES OF PLASTIC. There is probably more but I am trying to to vomit. I am completely disgusted. I don’t know what to say.

I recently visited Taco Bell around 10:45 p.m. on December 4, 2025, to order a chicken taco meal and a dragon fruit drink, and the experience was very disappointing.​ I definitely do not appreciate having my meal served by an employee wrapped in a blanket, as it gave the impression that she might be ill and immediately raised serious concerns about hygiene and food safety in the restaurant during the night.​ My chicken tacos were cold and tasted like they had just come out of the refrigerator, my food overall was not up to standards, and my dragon fruit drink was made extremely watered down instead of tasting like a proper, flavorful beverage. Overall, I did not feel comfortable consuming my order and chose to throw it away, meaning the $13 I spent on this meal was essentially money down the drain.​ Because of these issues, I am writing this review for corporate as well as future customer awareness of the situation and to urge them to address employee presentation, health standards, food preparation, and drink quality at this location during the night. Highly Unacceptable Drive thru and food service!

I have been coming to this Taco Bell for the past 3 years. I’ve never had a bad experience while visiting. Occasionally the service is slow but that is expected at a fast food restaurant. The food is always prepped and wrapped neatly. The bathrooms and seating area are kept clean. There is a self help station to order quickly and condiments located near the drink machine. The staff is always friendly, especially the drive thru cashiers. Keep up the great work!

Got a 3 dollar Dorito Loco taco, only for it to be opened in the bag with 3 sprinkles of beef and 4 sprinkles of lettuce. I thought the rest of the taco had fallen out in the bag but nope that was how they sent it out. Didn’t eat the food since it was essentially a cold shell with lettuce (cheese??). Sadly, this used to be a good taco bell location.

Pulled up to the drive through and was “greeted” by a chatgpt menu board, disgusting. I spoke clearly and it took the order incorrectly twice. 10 kilowatt hours later, the order finally looked correct on the screen, and the humans prepping the food will managed to short the order by 3 tacos while still charging for them. I even watched the cashier count before handing the bag through the window. Does your employee not know how to count to 4 or 6? What food we got(a taco and two cheesy fiesta potatoes) was skimpy, next to nothing in the taco shell. I won’t be back. Bad news travels faster than good.

I wonder if I was black if I’d get talked to when I come in the door. I order online all the time and I sit waiting not one person in ver says hello. I feel awful when I come in here everytime. Your staff doesn’t even acknowledge me when I come in. I order like 20 min before I get waiting and doing it online but why do they ignore you. Someone that is black gets waited on and acknowledge I get ignored it happened again, I’m writing this order as I’m waiting for my order. I would love to never come here again if sucks it’s late in a caregiver and this is what I’m getting my family for dinner. Dang I wish I never had to come here again. Awful!

I had a horrible experience tonight. Firstly,I numerously asked the individual on phone to speak about menu items. (Individual) did not know and when i said such asked me to leave
or fight. Secondly, I called store(manager) answered, I started to speak and discuss said issues,promptly chose to hang up. I tried to call again and no answer. That is not how a business should handle themselves.
