I had the endless soup and salad for lunch. Lobster bisque was disgusting. Used to be creamy and it lobster chunks and delicious and now it’s like they took powdered soup and half ass mixed with water and not one bit of lobster. I asked for tomatoes on my Caesar salad and the waitress didn’t do it. I’m afraid to say after a long time of not being back and trying it today we are done with Red Lobster.

Jessica did a wonderful job, had a warm and positive attitude even with it being busy in the restaurant. Crab legs and bacon Mac were delicious. Didn’t love the lobster bisque bc it wasn’t very thick but flavor was good.

The Red Lobster restaurant in Heath is great. Good food and service.
Pictured: the “Create Your Own Lobster Lover’s Dream® — Choose 3” — where else can you enjoy THREE lobster tails and sides on Valentine’s Day for $53? He got an ultimate feast with steak, crab, and shrimp. We both enjoyed these tasty meals. They brought back lobster bead necklaces, too!
Oh, and we went there a few days earlier, enjoyed a steak and lobster dinner (both delicious). Good service both visits, thanks to hostesses, waitresses, and cooks.
Also, hubs accidentally left the credit card behind, and they kindly and honestly put it in the safe for safekeeping until we realized and returned. Thank you

No a la carte menu at all. Red Lobster was a great seafood restaurant….not anymore. There was only 6 customers and nobody was satisfied with the menu offerings. Very disappointed

Today was my first time eating at a red lobster restaraunt. I made a good call coming to the Heath Ohio location! It was clean and fancy the lobster tank in the lobby was really cool too! I want to give a big shout out to my waiter Larry! Larry was very knowledgeable and hospitable and was a very hard worker too! I also want to give a shout out to the cooks in the back for their hard work and great quality! The dish washers did a good job too! The cleanest plates ive seen in a long time no stains or water spots clean and pristine!

We celebrated my mother in-law’s birthday. She had passed 3 years ago. Diane took our pictures many times throughout the meal. She also took time to answer all our questions and to explain the menu. She was able to explain it so well that we all three ordered the Ultimate Feast! And we weren’t going to do that. So, she talked us into ordering more and we are so happy that she did! She will be our waitress from now on!

Yummy, Yummy, Yummy!!! The biscuits were scrumptious! The lobster ravioli was fantastic. The waitress was very customer oriented. Refills were always brought to us for our drinks. We didn’t even have to ask for refills!!!!! The restaurant was very clean and everyone was very nice and professional!!! Can’t wait to come back for more cheddar biscuits!!! RED LOBSTER, YOU ROCK!!!!
