The food was well stocked and clean setting. Even though we saw the steam coming up from the chafing pans, most of the food was not hot.

The fried wings were overcooked or out too long (old); therefore too hard and dry to eat. Spicy chicken wings looked amazing but were not. The temp was not hot.
The fried peppered shrimp had a good flavor but was not hot. I tried the fried, stuffed, and sautéed mushrooms. The fried needs a batter with flavor and will cling. The stuffed with cream cheese wasn’t a favorite.

The garlic green beans, chicken and brocolli and lo mein was great. The flavors were great and fresh tasting. The salmon also had a great flavor. It could’ve stop cooking earlier. The pinkish color was gone.

Apple pie and donut were OK. Plenty of dessert options, but because we didn’t enjoy the food, deserts were not what our palates desired.

In spite of the lack of quality of prepared food, the waitress was great. She continued to ask about our drinks. She kept the area cleaned and served multiple tables well.

There are numerous sign expressing an additional charge if food is wasted. The food looks better than it tastes, therefore one could unliked food. Nevertheless, we didn’t experience that charge but the post are clear.

Clean restroom.

2 of us dined for $45. It was not worth the price. The cost included taxes and gratuity. For 2 people ? Gratuity? OK maybe that assures your workers get paid.

There is so much more, I could sau, but will stop here. We do not desire to return.

It was good for what you pay. Staff is very nice attentive. Good selection of items on Buffett not huge variety maybe compared to most especially on the desserts.. I did enjoy the food and it was also clean and food was hot. They have this crabmeat dish on the hot bar with melted cheese like a baked crabmeat thing and it was so delicious and I never liked eating imitation crab meat but its very good id definitely go back.

This was a pleasant surprise. It’s nestled right off the main road with plenty of parking. The staff was very nice. The food was really good. I really enjoyed it. They have a big selection of food of different varieties and desserts. The lunch price was perfect. Good food and great prices.

When I was young, my family and I would go every Wednesday night to Chinatown in Boston, MA. The Lucky Dragon it was called and they treated us like family. Knew all our names, (and there were a lot of names), had a table ready for 10, it was a tradition for MANY years. Over 20 years ago I moved to NC and have tried MANY Chinese food restaurants. . NOTHING BEATS WANGS!
The food is superb! The woman knows us, when our order changes in any way she makes sure she asks if we needed anything else. They always get it right. 100% of the time. It’s fast, hot, extremely affordable and really delicious! The only improvement would be to be open on Tuesdays, but every restaurant deserves at least one day off!! Wangs is my NC families “Lucky Dragon”.

Food is disgusting, old, just nasty. $74 for one adult, one teen, two children, no one ate more than a plate it was so gross. I’ve given them two chances but never again.

Good Parking…
Getting pricey, tips are automatically charged whether you get good or bad service. But they do keep hot fresh food on the line!
They charge extra if you leave too much food on your plate. Don’t know who decides that but signs are posted on the walls.

Food is decent, but the wait stuff is not so nice they will demand a tip. They literally run up to the register to hover while you pay to make sure you leave them a tip. And if they see that you dont put anything on the tip line of the receipt they will ask “no tip for me?”. Tips are not mandatory they need better training.

Food is always hot, fresh and tasty. While it’s not a huge buffet or the best buffet in the world, it’s nice quality for what it is. 4 full buffet bars plus a small ice cream cabinet. The waiter is always very friendly and prompt with refills.

Unfortunately the sushi section is very lacking but that’s expected for a Chinese buffet.

I’m a local who frequents this place. However, in the last month or two, my friend and I have been twice, and it was a problem for them to cook the salt and pepper shrimp. The first time we asked, they brought out ten shrimp. When the place has multiple people dining. That’s unacceptable. $45 for two people, not too bad, but it’s a buffet…it should not be a problem to restock the customer’s favorite!

Wang’s has really dropped over the years. The staff is very often rude, asking for tips (at a buffet restaurant), treating one type of customers (black people) with little respect than they do other customers.

Just this week we were there for lunch, and a lady and child came in, and the service lady told the customer that she would be charged the dinner price, for the “lunch” meal. Like what kind of business is that?? She was informed that they only had 30 minutes to eat for the lunch price. If they couldn’t finish their meal in 30 minutes.
Wang’s do better!!
