I would give less stars for service and less stars for atmosphere if I could. I’m not sure why it always takes a half an hour to 45 minutes to get your food. Even when you order from the app, you still have to wait for your food. And then you get attitude from the employees. Even if you have to drive to another town, it’s worth it. This is the worst parties ever by far I left this morning without even getting my complete order because they were taking so long which means I’ve now paid for food I didn’t even get.
The bottom bun of my sandwich is so hard. I may break a tooth biting into it. So after waiting and waiting and waiting and being treated rudely. I got served a sandwich that would shatter if it hit the ground.

Food is expensive compared to other fast food places. They validate it by saying they use Angus beef…. but I personally don’t think Angus is good enough to charge double for a sandwich. Plus breakfast friscos don’t have Angus and they’re still expensive.

Grossly understaffed or I should say nobody had any sense of urgency to take care of customers during the week of Threahers. Took 23 minutes to get food for 4 people. Very disappointed. Would not recommend. Every person who came in while we were there was very dissatisfied.

Went through the drive through 7PM Sunday. Waited 20 minutes for food and when we got home it was not our order. Tried to call 10 times and no one answered. Least they didn’t screw up the shakes.

I don’t know what happened to this store. I have been going there once a week for over 10 years. The last two times I went and ordered my usual sandwiches with a small fry. The sandwiches were disgusting. The chicken was burnt. The fries were also a little extra brown and they tasted like the oil hadn’t been changed in a long while. It makes me sad, but it looks like I will be going elsewhere for my food.
