I went oday during lunch. 2 women working they were very short handed. But through all the ppl and drive thru orders they were professional great mood even though I am sure they were overwhelmed. And food was hot fresh and great. Give those workers a raise or get them some help.

My son ordered take out. He said people were busy having conversations with each other non work related. He got home the red beans w rice was 1/2 cup of sludge water like they scraped the pans for what was stuck on sides which was nothing. Gave us two sandwiches fried so tough my dog wouldn’t eat them only decent thing was fries. Coke was gross like the cylinder needed replacement. Wouldn’t order from there again on a bet!!!

I hate this location with a pure passion. Customer service is trash! I never get what I asked for. They do not put napkins or utilities in the bag. When asking for any type of condiments that DO NOT even give you that, and when they do, they put them in the box with your chicken… horrible

What is going on Popeyes… Only 2 workers. Busy inside and in drive thru. Credit to both workers holding it down but food was not good. Saw the cook grabbing a handful of fries, barehanded, and throwing them in box. No glove, no utensils. Of course they were frustrated but still.

SO I don’t like popeyes chicken but decided to try had a coupon which I said at drive-thru came to window she says you should have told u had a coupon I said I did why would I ask you if chicken was dark or white meat then here comes someone else next time say at the window about coupon I’m going to have to give u my discount by this time I knew I wasn’t coming back but my full meal was $3. 28

The two guys at the window were rude. My order was cold. There wasn’t even anyone in line. Didn’t give any condiments. When I was asking the guy closed the window in my face. Been trying to call the phone says user is busy call the number on receipt and with window and the online number and still nothing.
