We order a shamrock shake it was kind of liquidity the burger was king of dry the fries were cold the chicken nuggets were a bit to crunchy the workers that took our order said that they didn’t pay for the order even though we had the change from it they just kept sitting there not knowing what was going on they left just starring at the screen for 15 minutes it took them 30 minutes to found out was happening with the system

We were asked to pull up and wait over 15 minutes for a very small order of two McDoubles, two fries, and a 4-piece nugget. When the food was given to us we were missing one burger and one fry.
I went inside to get the rest of the order, and the burger I was given was covered in a brown, wet liquid. I returned it immediately to be remade. The store was filled with employees and was not busy at the time.
I don’t understand how such a simple order took over 30 minutes and was still wrong and poorly handled. Very frustrating experience.

Service was incredibly slow, especially considering the place was nearly empty—they even forgot my order, and I had to come back for it. When I finally got my food, the burger was really sloppy and overly greasy, which made the whole experience pretty disappointing.

I’m hoping that a member of management or the corporate office sees this and gives me a call.. We were at the Sandusky McDonald’s out in front of the mall and we’re told wait a minute which is fine totally get it but when three cars go ahead of you in the opposite lane that is ridiculous and what’s even more ridiculous is the cocky attitude that the person at the window gave us and then tried to make us way even longer.. You need a change in management or you need to sit down with your employees and have a talk with them as to their attitude problem.. If you’re in Sandusky don’t ever go to the one in front of the mall there’s one down around the corner that’s perfectly fine.

Pretty sad the manager there doesn’t even realize how horrible she is! The reason the food is always cold is because you allow your employees to not keep it on the warmer they bag it and put it to the side of the warmer… make it make sense…. the sad part is she don’t even remember being disrespectful to me a month prior…

Slow as fast food goes. Took 10 minutes for our food eating in. They forgot the drink cup. We only order 3 cheeseburgers, the buns were stale and over toasted, so hard. The burgers were very thin for McDonald’s burgers and tough. They have a play place which looked clean.

I paid for my order and both of my burgers had sauce on it. Before i could confirm my order, the cashier handing me my order gave me a burger with alittle sauce on it and the other was with no sauce. And my fried had no salt on em. This location sucks. I asked for water and the staff started calling me broke.
