As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

This place and food ( besides the fries was disgusting )
I despised the ai order taking. I couldn’t understand the guy on the speaker , he was helpful and kind at the window and didnt judge me ( until I left probably) when I asked a million questions but the food was disgusting.

I ordered on the app for pick up. I ordered a Smoky BBQ Bacon Buford combo with no tomato or onion. When I arrived home i realized that my fries were put in the bag upside-down so they were all over the bottom of the bag. My burger had no bacon or BBQ. It did have onion and tomato. I called the store number from the app it said to call for help but it has been disconnected. Highly dissatisfied with this.

Went through the drive-thru tonight after soccer practice to get the family some food. It was a decent sized order, I understood it would take some time, so we were patient. What I didn’t appreciate was the attitude of the crew member, Megan. After I finished my order, she said “oh my god!”. Then.l, she continued to be rude the entire time and give us attitude for no reason. It’s unnecessary and horrible customer service. They also didn’t even make part of my order so I had to go back and wait longer.

Every time I order a burger from the Newark Ohio store it’s cold. This time we tried their spicy chicken sandwich, and it was pretty good. I can’t stand the AI ordering I would much rather talk to a live person. Still a fast food sandwich nothing fancy.

I was there twice tonight. The first time they goofed our order so bad, the girl gave me a different price than what the speaker gave me.
It was missing a meal, it included an extra drink and they goofed our burger. I told the girl how the order was supposed to be. Didn’t matter.
So I drove back to rally’s to fix the burger, told the woman what I wanted to her face, again, and they still got it wrong.
I’m getting older by the second dealing with society and it will be the last time I ever go to Rally’s. What a waste of money and time!!!

Solid spot, it’s the closest food place to me and it’s open very late, very convenient. Never had a problem with the food and don’t have problems when doordashing here, except the drive thru for the pickup window being on the right side of your car, a little inconvenient.

Workers are over worked and understaffed. It’s the only reason for the bad review. Have been in the drive through for an hour and 15 minutes which is beyond crazy. Workers said the boss doesn’t want to hire anymore employees. I stayed and waited it out and 14 cars left the drive through. Losing out on clientele because you don’t want to hire more people. Please get your act together
