I ordered 36 dollars worth of food tried to pay then had to go break bill I had because they couldn’t give change back. Which that I can understand. Until I went got it broken at the gas station came back to get the food. Got home all my husband’s food was in there but mine was missing. I called explained the issue she confirmed twice no rice. Got home to bite into the wrong order after having to drive all the way up there and get to the window someone saying pull around and wait. I had to let them know I hadn’t ordered I just needed to pick up the item I called about 15 mins prior. I pull around to have to wait for a meal that was wrong when I got home. I would try to be understanding but I give a little bit of time to try ordering there again and my meal is either wrong or missing an item every single time. This probably the 5th time. A few other times it was via doordash and I had to get credits. This time I’m just so over it I am not even gonna bother going back. It’s a disappointment everytime.

this is the worst taco bell i have been too, i ordered a pack of churros. when i was about to leave the line i noticed they weren’t in my bag, so i went back and told them i was missing it very politely. the employee at the window tried telling me they were in the bag. i double checked to make sure i didn’t miss them. they were not in the bag and when i said it again with the bag in my hand the employee was extremely rude and then had another employee who handed it out to me and slammed the window after.

Wish u could give them zero stars. Mean and made my food horribly. Told me to wait outside and then I sat out there for ten minutes. They said they forgot about me and gave me a coupon. This was my food after a thirty minute waiting period and having to go back in to receive my drink they forgot.

Unacceptable! Ordered drive thru. Was told to circle the building because the car behind me had their order ready first. I didn’t mind at first. Now when I got my order and left we had to come back because we were missing food. Absolutely unacceptable. Waste of gas, time and money. Wish I could serve them the sorry food they gave me. Just to see how they like it! Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. Grilled cheese burrito’s were like a mini version of the real thing and they had no cheese melted on top. The Crunchwrap Supreme barely had any ground beef. And the Cheesy double beef burrito was short of its name in all types of ways! Just a disaster of service. I wouldn’t blame the workers. As management has probably set this standard.

I RARELY give reviews and shrug it off but this is what you get for $3! This is supposed to be a chilly cheese burrito…..ummm maybe a half oz of meat if that! Unacceptable Diberville taco bell. I would like a credit or something for this! BTW! I HAD TO PULL AROUND AND WAIT OVER 10 MINUTES ON THIS!!! SHAME!

The food is pretty good and the employees are nice at this Taco Bell in Diberville. I do have a problem with them getting my order right. Like I went there a couple of weeks ago and ordered quite a bit of food. When I got home and separated everything and gave each of us what we ordered, I didn’t receive all my order. Everything was on my receipt, but not in the bag. So I will check what’s in my bag to make sure I get everything I ordered from now on.

It looks like they basically put everything on one side and it was not cut in 4 like normal. It wasn’t like they were busy either. We were the only people in the restaurant. There also was no plastic ware or napkins included with our order.

Best Taco Bell experience I’ve had in a long time. I’m glad I didn’t read previous reviews before going here because I likely wouldn’t have stopped. But I ordered via the app while in their parking lot then went inside to wash my hands. When I came out my order was already ready. It was hot, fresh, and delicious. The staff was very friendly as well.
