Great hang! HUGE spot. Surprised at how large it is.

FREE Blues Jam on Thursday night! And the musiciams weren’t shy about inviting The burger was great. The side salad was great. Fish was prepared excellently. The house band (The Cats, I believe) was not shy and chatted up everyone, also were very inviting to have the audiance to join them on stage. All aroud a great time!

This place serves the best nachos in town with an impressive tap list. They’ve got a great bar set up and atmosphere, depending on the day or night. Sometimes it feels like a college bar, then other times it borders on a line of sophistication that feels right for its namesake.

OUT OF TOWN PEOPLE When you come to a comedy show DO NOT BUY VIP ITS A JOKE there is NOT a bad seat in the house and you get nothing extra for VIP but a reserved sign on a table. The food was good the comedian was funny only complaint was I paid for something but really didn’t get anything for the extra $50 but a tiny little reserved sign on our table if I was local I would have known better.

Large sports bar in downtown Kzoo. I’ve been here multiple times, it’s his favorite place now. Usually we come for the Steelers games but we were watching the Lions as he’s jumped on the bandwagon. Other than popcorn I haven’t had too much of their food. We did get the chicken nachos which were big, but not as impressed as he was hyped about them. It’s mostly about 2hearteds and the occasional bloody. This past trip it was fairly dead by their standards, which I guess contributed to the lack of heat. Had fun watching the locals cheer.

Had a large group dinner there on 10/25/2025, we were seated shortly after 7pm, drinks came out about 7:30pm, food order taken 7:45pm, dinner to table at various times between 9:15-9:45pm. Couldn’t pay bill til after 10:15pm. Terrible experience. Incomplete orders, out of ingredients. No engagement from staff beyond our single server.
Our server was working hard but got no help from “colleagues”. Generally unhelpful staff beyond our server.
I blame poor management. Probably fine if you’re sitting at the bar or a small group. If you can’t handle a large group, don’t take the reservation.

Went there for a couple drinks on Halloween. There was one bartender and zero waitstaff. I patiently waited between the 2 service bars where you’re supposed to form a line to be served. I was second in line. But then people behind me continued to go the side of me where there were empty chairs and every single one of them got waited on before me even though they were behind me from the start. I stood there so long that my friend had thought I left and came to check on me. I finally got asked what I would like, I told her, then I watched the bartender wait on 2 other people before getting my 2 draght beers, which were wrong. Please staff your establishment appropriately for a Friday night, whether Halloween or not.
