Good service, decent food and some of the best cooked egg mix I’ve ever seen at any BK location ever. Little dirtier than I would’ve expected for this early in the morning but nothing too drastic. I actually kind of enjoyed the $6 calorie cram.

There’s something about Burger King that creeps up on you. You’re not thinking about it, then suddenly the craving hits. Hard to explain. Maybe it’s the artificial flame-grilled flavor that’s been etched into our memory since we were kids. Nostalgia in a paper wrapper.

This particular location stands out. The staff is friendly without sounding robotic, and the place is clean—actually clean, not just “fast food clean.” Food quality is surprisingly consistent, especially compared to other locations I’ve visited on the road.

The app makes it even better. Plenty of solid deals and the ability to order ahead saves time. Walk in, grab your bag, and you’re gone. No waiting in line with folks who still can’t decide between a Whopper or nuggets.

Burger King won’t win any culinary awards, but it delivers on exactly what it promises. Cheap, fast, and familiar. And sometimes, that’s all you need.

Where to begin. First of all the employee gave me spicy mozzarella fries and tried to tell me they were the regular ones. You could clearly tell by looking at them they were spicy. Next all of the Coke fountains dispensed Cherry Coke not regular Coke. The staff was too busy playing around to notice anything was out of place. Next the double cheeseburgers I ordered had no cheese on them. Again staff argued with us instead of apologizing. Once they put cheese on them, we noticed that they had almost no condiments on them. We used ketchup packets to make it up. Still the staff played (loudly) and paid no attention. Then the cherry on top was that there was a piece of bone in one of the burgers. My son bit in to this bone and it wasn’t pleasant. I attach pictures.

Akaia is very smiley and cheerful every time we come thru the drive thru… and when we go in the restaurant every one is always very nice and prompt in service… goes above and beyond to make sure the food is fresh and good every time !!!

Every time I’ve gotten Burger King, or any fast food for that matter-the meals automatically come medium. I ordered a meal at this location, assuming the same applied- guess not.

The first drink they handed me was a medium, but it wasn’t sealed, it spilled on me, and it wasn’t even the right drink.

We went back through the drive-thru to get it fixed, and the guy at the window acted like the whole situation was a joke. He handed me a small drink instead. When I told him it wasn’t correct, he said, “Am I slow? Everything automatically comes small unless said so.” Even after I pointed out that I had a medium fry in my bag and originally received a medium drink- he told me he was only going to let me keep the two incorrect drinks and just laughed.

We tried to go inside to talk to someone else, but the doors were locked three hours before closing. When we called the store, they of course denied the behavior of their employee.

I want to say it was ‘Dontez’; had the best attitude, running drive thru by himself. Told me to have a blessed one and had excellent service. Really all the staff were very helpful. Visited 9/22/25. Shoutout Dontez for the outstanding work!

BAD review it’s a doozy!! I went through the drive thru so I could be quick before going in to work. When I started to order the cashier made me repeat myself multiple times she was not paying attention to me . I wanted to try the new halvesies (onion rings, fries in one carton) , and I ordered a medium meal chicken sandwich and drink. At the second window they tried to give me a small drink… after I got my bag I looked in it the employees gave me 2 carton of fries which is nerve racking, because it defeats the purpose of the halvesies including (onion rings) promotion. – (*an example of what I was supposed to get is in the attached photo.) * I went inside to simply get one of my carton of fries replaced with onion rings which took so long to do I was almost late for work! and side note “a lady came to the counter saying they skipped out on a kids fry.” smh they took my whole bag then gave me a separate one with a fix that passed for the gist of the halvesies, then I had to tell them I needed my chicken sandwich back that was in the old bag… they were frantically asking each other questions as if I asked them to fix the whole order this establishment needs better training to there employees and practice better communication to the customer. I have background experience in fast food for around 4 years in the past, and I would never have kept the job with this burger kings work ethic.

Nope, never again. Went here an ordered a spicy crispy chicken sandwich.. bout half way threw I tasted undercooked chicken. . On top of that I also waited about 20 minutes in a drive thru with no other cars in it ‍♂️
