I went through the drive thru and ordered a double stack biggie bag PLAIN with only the Drink a large diet coke. They charged me for the whole meal being large and not just the drink. When I pulled up to the window, I explained I only wanted the drink large, not the whole meal. As the lady was changing the order, she was shaking her head like I was the problem. Then, she asked me to pull up and they will bring out my food. When the person who ran my food approached my vehicle, they looked like they couldn’t be bothered. They didn’t greet me or anything. I get all the way back home and open my sandwich and see that the sandwich was NOT plain like I had ordered. It had ketchup, mustard, onion and pickle. I have had SO many experiences like this one where my order was wrong and haven’t complained. I’ve approached my boiling point. The ONLY thing that was right was that I didn’t want sauce and there was no sauce in the bag. Honestly, your job is to LISTEN and make sure my order is correct. There were no other cars in the line either. It wasn’t terribly busy. Also, there was NO receipt in the bag. If you’re going to constantly screw up orders, at least put a receipt in the bag so I can see if the order was even put in the right way. At this point, I’m guessing it was the order taker AND sandwich maker (since I dont have a receipt to tell me otherwise). Until you do better, I won’t be coming back.

Hit the drive-thru on the way back to Chicago and Adam was our host. 12/10. He was so fricking nice, he was professional and didn’t try and rush you out the way. It’s the employees that make you want to go back to a place and Adam’s definitely that person! Keep being awesome!

What’s the point of having us pull up to wait on food if you’re going to give us cold fries and a dried out old chicken sandwich with brown lettuce? Literally had to throw out $35 worth of food.

I had the absolute best experience at this Wendy’s, and it’s all thanks to Genie! She was such a delight from the moment I walked in. Her warm smile and positive attitude instantly set the tone for my visit. Genie went above and beyond to make sure everything was just right with my order and checked in to see if I needed anything else while dining in. That kind of genuine care is rare, and it really stood out.
The food was fresh and tasty, but honestly, Genie’s outstanding service made the whole experience shine. She treated me like more than just a customer—she made me feel welcome, valued, and appreciated. The restaurant itself was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere, which made my lunch even better.
If you’re stopping by this Wendy’s, I truly hope Genie is working, because she will brighten your whole day. She’s a true gem and an asset to the team.

Went here a little late at night, i was tired and kept messing up my own order by not asking for stuff that i meant to ask for like no ice in the drink and no sauce on the burger. Leah, the worker at the window, went above and beyond to make sure everything was right after i realized my mistakes. They were very polite and understanding the entire time, thank you so much to Leah if they happen to read this.

We hadn’t eaten at Wendy’s in years and won’t eat there again. The restaurant was completely empty except for an employee on break playing video games on his phone. There was nothing but silence. The burgers, when unwrapped, were surprisingly quite small and were not appetizing to look at. Being hungry we all ate anyways except for my wife who took one bite and quit eating…and not long afterwards on the drive home my stomach was upset. Each combination meal was between 10.00 – 13.00 which wasn’t a value…so definitely would’ve been better to just sit down at a restaurant somewhere else instead. Our negative experience wasn’t really the fault of the employees…it’s more about another fast food company that has lost it’s way and has food that simply doesn’t taste good. I’m sure there are a lot of economic reasons driving poor food quality and presentation, but the end result is we paid way to much for food that was only a couple of steps above what might otherwise be found in a trash can. Hate to be so brutally honest, but it is what it is.

The 24 yr old dude wearing a training bra and his ginger orange hair in a ponytail wanted to lecture me about pulling up to “his drive thru window” instead of getting me the 1 whole entire sandwich that wasn’t in my order not to mention serving ice cold French fries. Then refused me service bc I refused to listen to why I can’t by pass the speaker (nobody else was in line) and come straight the the window. Gtfo. So they refunded me my $6 ($5 and 35 nickels) in cash…the original order was paid for by credit card good luck getting your drawer to balance. #thisgensucks

As friendly as the staff was to other guest, we were ignored for over 5 minutes when we were in the front of the line (we timed it. We were in front of the line for over 5 minutes). Staff looked at us and just looked away.
And while I understand the drive through was packed, there were plenty of people on staff and they were all running in a panic.
Oh and the bathroom was a mess
We decided to leave without ordering.

It sucks. I can’t do zero stars. It’s crazy how you wouldn’t tell me that it’s gonna be 5 to 10 minutes before my order before you put it through and then I’m gonna tell me that I have to get a refund through the customer care order and then they’re only open for Monday through Friday And it’s Sunday this is crazy. Work. DoorDash said they’re going to try to get a refund for me but why should DoorDash have to do that when I paid Wendy’s? I will be calling Monday and I am pissed off.

I ordered the baconator with no mayo, it even said on the ticket, and I still got mayo on the burger. I also had no ice in my strawberry lemonade and didn’t get a straw as well. Lastly, my burger and my fries came barely warm, I had to heat them up in the microwave so I could actually somewhat enjoy them.
