The food was fresh when I eventually got it. It took almost a half hour for 2 qp’s, 2 fries and a shamrock shake. It wouldn’t have been as bad if there was any communication from the staff about the extended wait time. The didn’t take orders or even talk to customers, the filled orders and called numbers before just leaving the food on the counter before going in the back and starting the next order.

This place sucks i don’t know why i bother going to this location there’s an issue everytime. And for whatever reason everytime we take my boyfriend’s truck they ignore us in the drive thru? I had to go around twice before getting service and the order was wrong. Got two plain meat patty’s came in a 4 peice nuggets container covered in onion and holes in it?

This place is complete trash. Even more so when you order through door dash and they have the driver standing around for 20 min to 40 min. 1 hour to make 2 happy meals today. INSANE. The food is usually trash, order is messed up one way or another half the time. People are rude on the phone if they even answer. I will never go to this location again and I’ve been going there for 40 years.

I went through the McDonald’s drive-thru tonight and ordered three drinks. The lady taking my order was kind, but she seemed to have trouble understanding what I was saying, which I was patient about. However, when I got to the window, the young girl handed me the drinks and I realized they were the wrong ones. When I pointed this out, she turned around and said she was too busy and that I had to just accept the order. I told her politely that I wasn’t willing to take the wrong drinks and asked if she could please remake them. She got visibly upset and acted frustrated about fixing the mistake. I understand that drive-thru workers get busy, but there’s no reason for customers to be treated rudely when they just want what they ordered. Very disappointing experience tonight. Would not recommend going to this location in Brick.

I placed a mobile order went through the drive-through I told the guy I had a mobile order and he said go to the next window. I went to the next window and they handed me a big bag of food and I said that can’t be mine. I just ordered a Diet Coke and a big Mac. They took it back and asked me what did I order? I told them a Diet Coke and a Big Mac. It appeared as though no one ever made it, but they did get it to me however, I didn’t get the correct soda after all of that anyway. This location continues to underperform. It could easily be solved with proper training. There were only a few cars here in the drive-through I’m hoping the manager will see this and provide further training, but it doesn’t look like that’s going to happen this is like my third or fourth time with an issue here.

The service is polite and professional whenever I come here, I just can not comprehend why someone would only fill an order of fries like halfway full? I’m not saying Jam Pack it full but at least make it a honest pour. Does the employee who half filled my fries get some kind of kick back on shorting customers of fries or something?

ordered a large lemonade, 2 dbl cheese, 5 dollar 20 peice and they handed me a medium lemonade and all she could say was sorry this is a large or when you order a large for a lemonade you get a medium lemonade, but you coulda just charged for the medium lemonade smh
