Carly Carly Carly. She’s the best server you’ll ever have. The lamb chops are the best thing on the menu. I’ve had everything. Trust me on that. Gabe is the best manager ever, always making you feel important and special. The valet does their best to live up to the quality of the restaurant, but other than for two of the guys, they regularly fail miserably. The patio is by far the best one in Denver with a view of some of the best super cars in the city.

We celebrated my wife’s birthday at Eddie V’s and had an absolutely amazing time! Not only is the setting perfect for the experience of an event like that, but the quality, presentation, and flavor of the food is top level. The wine selection is one of the best I have ever seen. We were so impressed we celebrated again with our 18 year old on his birthday two weeks later and the experience was just as over-the-top. I highly recommend, this culinary crew knows what they do well and their performance shines!

What an experience. Went to dinner with my husband on Valentines Day. Our server was delightful and so knowledgeable of the menu. He recommended many delightful dishes.
I started with The Hope Diamond Martini. Not only was it delicious, but it beautiful with a dark purple diamond ice cube and vodka and grapefruit liqueur.
Had the warm goat cheese arugula salad to start. The grilled onions were a perfect pairing with the goat cheese.
DeLille Cellars Cab to go with dinner which was the Chilean Sea Bass and Brussel Sprouts. Cooked to perfection.
I wish I had had room for dessert, they all looked amazing.
I think I will make it a point to go back for cocktails and dessert.

Everything was amazing. Our server was very friendly and helped us pick our food items. The drinks were very good and this was the best steak I’ve ever had out of any other steak restaurants I’ve been to in Denver. Just melt in your mouth tender and easy to cut. The seafood was also very fresh and the crab was so sweet and delicious. Amazing restaurant.

The absolute best restaurant in denver hands down. This establishment was so fun and relaxing at the same time. From the host to the waitresses to the bartender, everyone was wonderful. We had conversations with the people sitting next to us. The bartender, the waitress everybody was wonderful. The food was five star hands down. My wife tried a few different martinis, and she just loved them. The bread and butter alone before the meal was outstanding. We love this place and we will be back many times.

Great restaurant. They started us quickly after we checked in with the hostess. The cocktails were delicious and their lamb chops tasted really good! The folks I dined with had scallops and calamari, and they really liked their food as well. Atmosphere was a bit loud, but that was because it was a full restaurant and there was jazz music playing (maybe it was live? But we couldn’t see any musicians or speakers). Service during the meal was very nice and friendly, the waiter remembered our party from before which was really nice.

I’ve visiting Eddie V’s numerous times, but this time was special. Not only was the vibe just electric, Gabriel (Manager), was absolutely phenomenal. When we arrived, he advised me that the night would be magical, and to expect next level cuisine. Not that I doubted him, but I’d heard it all before, so to speak. Gabriel, you and the staff blew us away.. The bone in ribeyes were cooked to a perfect medium, The truffle, macaroni and cheese was fresh, and earthy, with just the perfect balance of sharpness. The asparagus was prepared just right. That purple diamond drink was phenomenal, and I recommended it to anyone who visits. For dessert, we had the bananas, foster, and the molten cake. Both were exquisite. Gabriel, thank you so much for following through with your promise, that this to be an amazing experience. It was that, and so much more. If you’re contemplating going, contemplate no longer. Reserve your space and hold on for a trip to Gastronomic Euphoria. Thank you again guys. You’re the best.!!!

Excellent fine dining, drinks were each superb and the steaks were perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful.
The creme brulee did seem a tad overcooked, more like a custard. Kitchen may need to adjust that one but overall delicious food and would consider revisiting.
Their old fashioned might be the best I’ve ever tasted. I’d return for just that drink on its own.
