Bathroom sink not working properly, water on the floor in the restaurant, no ice in one drink machine, no table tents to grab when having to order on the service. Lady brought our 6 item order to a nearby wrong table and tried convincing them it was correct I had to call to her like “hey that’s ours!” Since she didn’t read the receipt. Fries and nuggets hot, burgers warm ish. Friday night

Manager running this shift was really rude. We were waiting for an Uber and ordered food and a drink while waiting, but eventually kicked us out for loitering.
This is the first Mcd’s that kicks customers out even if they order food and a drink. All other Mcd’s will let customers stay and work however long as they need

The employee here are not paying attention to what their customers said and they don’t know what they are doing. I got a promo for “buy one sandwich and get one less or equal for free”, but they gave me “bogo for $1”. Told them it is not the same deal, and they are dumb enough to insisted it is the same. They wasted me $1 because of their mistake, and they don’t even make my sandwiches right. I asked for non-spicy McChicken with extra pickles, and they gave me Spicy McChicken without any pickle. Worst dining experience at McDonald’s ever! The employees here did their job worse than the McDonald’s app.

Went through the drive through the worker with the microphone was very rude I have not ever been treated so rudely at this location I will go eat elsewhere I asked the employee if they got my code and rudely with a horrible tone of voice after I said it 2 times and was very rude needs to work on customer service skills and needs to be trained more on how to treat customers I won’t be going back to this location until they have a conversation with this employee that has a horrible attitude on the microphone in the drive through needs a attitude adjustment
