Ordered the Baconator and it was terrible. Meat was over cooked had 2 pieces of bacon and hardly any ketchup. The chicken nuggets weren’t terrible but I ordered 12 and only got 2 sauce packets. The lemonade I had was not good at all. The food is way over priced for what they are serving I would not recommend going here.

Today is September 29, 2023 and my order was messed up horribly whoever works in the kitchen took some corn nuts and put them on all 5 of my ghost pepper chicken sandwiches that were for my family. The sandwich does NOT come with them.

When I first moved here this place was great, fast and always got the order correct. I haven’t been here for a few months but today’s visit has found me waiting almost an hour for a mobile order with no end in sight. The lobby is packed full of people doing the same thing, and all we really get is a stressed out employee shouting to the customers to “keep our patience in our back pocket”

I give it a one-star rating because the app doesn’t give you the option to make it 0. CHECK YOUR FOOD. Starting with the bad attitude of the employees, the customer service is very bad. If you don’t want to work, don’t do it, especially not in customer service. The dirty restaurant. I placed an order for pick up and everything was wrong. I found hair in my food. It’s very hard to find a decent place to eat here in Hinesville. They leave a lot to be desired.

That shiny head manger is rude!! And should not be in customer service!!! Order my kids biggie bags cheese burgers waited 30 months to get hamburgers!!! Cold fries and hard nuggets and he had the nerve to slam the window on me when I asked for a refund!!!
