Great service fun stop. I had a chicken bowl level 3 heat… I really like spicy and I was glad I went with the three.
My husband ordered Shrimp Tempura with rice and vegetables. Not what we expected. We thought it was going to be rice with the tempura shrimp…that was not it. Everything was in the tempura batter like a fried plate. Big onion rings big battered broccolini and sweet potato. Not the best dish but we just didn’t understand what we were ordering.
Overall service was great. Food was delicious and there is a Hibachi on one side of the restaurant.

Loved this place. We did hibachi and our chef was hilarious he kept cracking jokes. Food was delicious. We also ordered 3 sushi rolls and they were excellent.

Unfortunately, my experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. I ordered a Pad Thai with no spice, but it was served spicy. When I noticed it, I asked the staff to please change it for one without spice and to make it to-go.
However, when I got home and opened the order, I realized they had given me the exact same spicy dish that I had returned. This felt very dishonest and unprofessional. When a customer points out a problem, you expect the restaurant to fix it properly, not simply hand back the same dish.
The lack of attention to the order and the dishonesty in the service made this a very negative experience. Unfortunately, I don’t think I will be coming back.

Osaka Japanese Steak House in Fort Myers has roaches . To make matters worst, the manager said ‘it’s because they just fumigated and the roaches got riled up’. My response is that doesn’t justify why they have roaches crawling on the walls so she volunteered to get the owner which made matters worst. The owner, ‘Lisa’, said the most egregious thing a restaurant owner can say, ‘Every restaurant has roaches . It’s normal.’ I told her, ‘when I go to outback I don’t see roaches’, she responded, ‘you just don’t see them.’ She also tried to say that ‘people drag them in on their clothes and bags’ . It’s like there’s no standard or care to provide safe, sanitized food or environment, but they’ll take your money. The service was just as horrible, when I decided not to order any food, the waitress tried to make a bad joke by stating ‘that roach is nothing, you can’t let your family eat alone.’ I don’t have an obligation to eat in a dirty restaurant like that, nor do I obligate people to not eat there, but don’t make matters worst with insipid jokes knowing you just killed a few roaches I pointed out. Honestly, place smells of mold, carpet old as time and the staff was so indifferent I would have left soon as I walked in, but the family was looking for a new place to eat and we thought this place would be a good option, the roaches proved otherwise . The owner gave me the feeling like, ‘damn, the roaches aren’t cooperating tonight’ . Won’t recommend this place at all.

Everyone is so full of joy and you can really tell that the workers like each other! Som was my waiter and it was more than spectacular! She was always tending to every need I had! (Even before I had it) the way she interacts with everyone is so sweet! Definitely coming back

OSAKA IN FORT MYERS JUST HANDED US THE BEST NIGHT OF OUR LIVES ON A SUSHI PLATTER, AND SOM IS THE REASON WE ARE STILL SCREAMING!
Som has New-York-energy-in-a-tiny-beach-town, zero chill, all hustle, and 1000% heart. Som swoops in like she owns the place (and honestly, she should). She’s got that “I’ll fix your order, your mood, and your entire day in one sentence” superpower. Drunken noodles? So packed with flavor we almost proposed to the plate. Sushi? Fresher than the gossip she casually drops while refilling our sake like it’s her personal mission to keep us buzzed and blissful.
Som remembers your name, your spice level, and somehow the fact you’re celebrating your dog’s birthday. She’s yelling across the room in the sweetest way, high-fiving the chef, sliding extra gyoza “because you look like you need it,” and making every table feel like VIPs at her own private party. We left stuffed, tipsy, and convinced she’s secretly a superhero.
If Som is your server, you’ve already won. Tip her like she just saved your grandma, then come back tomorrow. FIVE STARS, INFINITE REPLAYS, WOULD LET SOM RUN MY LIFE.

No one was in there. The food was good yet the service was horrible.

The sushi was okay, salad could use some improvement – just iceberg lettuce with 5 slices of avocado. There wasn’t many healthy drink options. I asked for bottled water or juice, was offered soda or virgin alcoholic beverages. The waitress was friendly but when I asked of the ingredients in certain dishes, she was unsure and didn’t offer to find out. The person I came with enjoyed her order. Mine was good as well.

I’ve been a frequent customer at Osaka for a couple years now, and can never get tired of the food. The staff is always attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The atmosphere is great, and I like that they have the option for hibachi or normal dining.
