The workers here do a very good job making sure everything is well made. The food is very good. I go to this location often, especially towards midnight during the weekends. This is definitely a great spot and you definitely will feel safe going here even at the late hours of the night.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but after my experience tonight, I feel it’s necessary.
I went through the drive-thru and waited at the second window for about 10 minutes. There were no signs, cones, or any indication that the drive-thru was not working. After receiving no response, I walked up to the window. The staff member inside seemed avoidant, and I had to knock just to get his attention. He told me there was signage stating the drive-thru wasn’t operating, but there was none.
I parked my car and politely asked if there was any way they could take our order since we had already waited so long. There was no empathy or attempt to help—only a response telling us to get back in line. The lack of communication and customer care was disappointing.
Based on this experience, I won’t be returning and would not recommend this location.

Came in at 12:30 Wednesday December 31st in the early morning hours and ordered two double burgers all the way with bacon and cheese on it and they came out to the size of a single bacon cheeseburger at Wendy’s small as hell. Not to mention no napkins and no straws. Sometimes I have to check the place just to make sure they put enough okra on both orders. Also I want to note they didn’t even fill the Coca-Cola’s up all the way to the top. I had to go back around just to order two hot dogs because she didn’t know how much they were as the prices were not listed inside the store she claims. For two hot dogs I paid $4.75 with tax. All I wanted was the dogs but even the buns were hard on the ends and looked like they were stale.

Used to be a decent cookout, now the speakers never work and they sure don’t feel bothered to put a sign up or tell you to come around to a different window. Not sure what happened but I will not be frequenting CSRA cookouts moving forward.

There were only 2 young ladies who showed up to work here this early evening and they did the cooking, order taking, window etc…. they need raises!!!!! Bless their hearts for dealing with all this non sense. Food was not and very good and they both had great attitudes. I believe their names were Joe and Tamara(sp)

First of all prices went up food got smaller. I ordered a wrap I asked for no lettuce still had lettuce the rap taste it like it was cooked in old Grease. I got a small burger but this is extra small it should at least fill the bun. And walking taco had no meat maybe they do there’s different I’m not sure but disgusting… I love Cook out ,this was my worst experience ever and never will return

Literally just went through the drive thru. The lady told me she couldn’t hear my order so I asked if she’d like me to pull to the window so she could. She said no that she couldn’t do that. So I repeated myself six times as loud as I could and she seemed to have gotten it but then my total was off. She had upsized everything on my tray even though I basically had to scream that I wanted a regular sized tray. I got to the window and just paid because i was tired of getting dirty looks and attitude, (and i work in fast food so i know it gets frustrating to have to change the order up) but at this point I’m not even hungry anymore because their terrible customer service ruined my appetite. I wasn’t rude and didn’t do anything to upset them (unless their microphone not working was my fault) and said thank you when given the opportunity. If their employees are having a bad day, they don’t get to take it out on customers unwarrantedly. Wont ever be back to this location again. I don’t appreciate being charged for things I didn’t ask for and not getting the basic treatment a customer should. All it takes is friendliness. Whoever was working the window and whoever was taking orders needs a lesson.
Editing to add that there is ice in my drink – I asked for no ice, my quesadillas are cold, the cheese isn’t melted and most of the toppings on my burger didn’t even make it on the burger. It’s sloppy as all get out and not even appetizing. I have black char falling off of my food and a piece of a burnt fry wrapped into my burger. The burger itself doesn’t taste like anything but crispy burnt meat. The chicken wraps were dry and old. Seems like everything was cooked over 30 minutes ago. I’m truly disgusted.
