So disappointing! We went for brunch with friends. I’ll start with the good news, the eggs Benedict was good! Go with that. Can even be made gluten free on toast.
AVOID the short rib hash. I ordered that and it was the most expensive thing our table ordered. It’s was soggy shredded potatoes with nary a piece of short rib to be found. Something like $25 for greasy, mushy potato shreds. Very insulting and what earns them 1 star review. Two people had the Benedict, so they were happy. The last one had the chicken and waffles. No one was very happy with the food. The service was okay, teenagers. There’s nothing wrong with mediocre service or super young people working, don’t get me wrong, but it seemed an odd contrast with the prices on the menu. The coffee machine was broken so everyone got americanos and I’m not sure how we were charged. May return as it is convenient mid point for us and our friends, and they are able to accommodate gluten allergy, though not as well as they advertise. Anyway you should be good with the Benedict and hopefully you like dark roast.

I love the food here they are always great and the service is amazing too. It’s not too loud the atmosphere is nice and the food is reasonably priced. They have good selection and are very good at accommodations for allergies.

We typically enjoy Burtons, and the dine-in experience, but we ordered take-out last night of two southwestern chicken salads ($45 total!). Pretty disappointing chicken portions (and no, we’re not about glutton, super-size portions). So, we might give Burtons another try (dine-in) but, people, keep an eye on this growing “shrinkflation” trend with restaurants and their rising costs so we can either avoid or to call out their corporate/management.

Stopped by Burton’s Grill & Bar in Westford and sat at the bar. The food was decent. not bad, but not memorable either.
Unfortunately, the service was the weak point. It felt like the bartender was more focused on chatting with two women at the other end of the bar than paying attention to the rest of us who had been there just as long.
The restaurant itself was clean and had a nice atmosphere, so there’s definitely potential here. If service were more consistent and professional, this could easily be a better experience.

Perfect place for a private party. Great room, all the staff were very attentive and did a fantastic job navigating the room flexibly given the Murder Mystery Event we had booked were all over the place in the space. Thanks to Crystal also for helping out online! Food great, staff great, would definitely come again.

What a fantastic establishment right off of 495 in Massachusetts. It was a quick, easy off, and on and had a delicious meal. There is seating inside the bar area, which has multiple seating areas. There is a much larger dining room passed the bar area. Also with the weather permitting, there is an outdoor seating area with umbrellas. The staff was warm, welcoming, and quick to serve. A plethora of meal choices. Please see the photos for the menu. Plenty of parking. Easy access for handicapped. There’s also a kids menu.

So disappointed on a takeout order. I dined in 2 weeks ago and had the filet mignon with mashed potatoes and green beans with bone butter. It was absolutely delicious. I loved that the green beans were cooked thoroughly and soft as that’s the way I love them. The bone butter on the filet really made it extra special. So I decided to order the same meal for takeout. It was completely opposite. The steak was dry and they did not put bone butter on it. The green beans were hard as a rock and the mashed potatoes was half of the portion size that I got in the restaurant. I absolutely could not believe it. It was such a disappointment. I do remember getting takeout one other time and it was not good either. I feel like if you eat in the restaurant they give you a fabulous meal but then when you order that same meal for takeout, they couldn’t care less just throw it together. I will never order takeout again. Also, there was no way to scan a qr code to add points to my account. I had to send an email with a picture of my receipt and hopefully they will do that. And when I dined in two weeks ago, I asked the server and she told me they no longer do rewards which is not true. So I lost out on adding points from that $140 meal. Such a disappointment

Burtons Grill once again delivered an excellent dining experience, from the attentive service to the carefully prepared dishes. The Firecracker Shrimp offered an exciting start, the Salmon Romesco provided a flavorful and well-balanced main, and the Butter-Poached Lobster was a showstopper for those craving pure seafood indulgence. With its inviting ambiance and consistently top-tier cuisine, Burtons Grill remains a must-visit for an elevated yet approachable dining experience. Highly recommended!

The host did ask about any allergies before seating our group, which we appreciate because one out of group does have an issue with + ️=
We skipped the app’s and ordered side-salads and our entrees. Now you’d think the salads would come BEFORE the entree…nope. We sat there for 10+ minutes after ordering and the salads came out WITH our entree.
So now do I eat the salad while my entree gets cold? Or eat my entree and then have a salad for dessert?
On top of that my companion got the wrong salad, so we had to send it back. (That happens I guess, just super annoying after the first issue)
Needless to say we didn’t get dessert, the salad was plenty filling.
The lighting, volume levels, and all around ambiance was great otherwise. And the meals, INCLUDING the correct salads were very tasty.
PS- the “specials” are going to make a “special” dent in you’re wallet 🙂
