For starters, They have such great salsa! we had a small cup of queso and couldn’t resist spicing it up with their fresh salsa.
We tried their Chorizo con huevos that were so flavorful. Their Carne Loco was so tender! The bell peppers, onions, and monterrey jack cheese were .
Combo #4 came with a bonus crunchy taco. The rice was full of spices and oh so tasty
Staff was friendly and attentive, clean restrooms, food was soooo delicious!!!
10/10 will be back soon!!!!
We ordered the chile relleno with beef and ranchero sauce and chicken fajitas. My husband loved the his meal and said we would definitely go back. The fajita skillet had nicely carmelized onions, red peppers and green peppers. The chicken had a good flavor, was moist and cut into generous slices. The rice and beans were on average with other Tex Mex restaurants I’ve been to. The guacamole was excellent. I prefer my guacamole without a bunch of fillers and this one was perfect. The tortillas did not seem homemade but did the job well. My husband had a Dos Equis that was served in a frosted cup and was delicious. Our waiter was attentive and quick to help. The worst part of the meal was that the temperature outside dropped 20 degrees while we were inside and every time the door opened the frigid wind could be felt at our booth. This problem could’ve been solved if they’d closed the glass doors and created an airlock between the outer doors and the foyer doors, but they were kept open even after I asked them to close it. I don’t see the is as a major issue. If you’re sensitive to temperature changes ask for a seat away from the doors. Overall it was a really good meal and we’ll definitely make the drive back to Sanger for more good food.
The lack of owner response speaks volumes! They know they are being deceptive and have nothing to say. Ever since the lady who owned/ran it died, years ago, it has gone downhill.

I used to patronize this place because the food is excellent.
Went there last weekend and they tried to charge me a $1.## fee which was undeclared on the menu. They said their credit card processing now charges the fee. I never saw anything posted to disclose the charge. Then the lady left and came back after about 10 minutes and said it was posted at the door. I never saw it, she had plenty of time to create a sign because I told them they must declare the charge before charging it.
Upon leaving, the sign was mysteriously posted at knee level on the interior door. I then told them that it is not sufficient. She raised it to eye level.
Went there tonight to the drive-through. The lady failed to declare that there’s an extra charge for adding onions. Another employee said they don’t have to declare extra charges.
Deceptive trade practices are against the law.
You lost a long-time customer.
Could you imagine McDonalds charging extra for onions?
I’ll report them to Denton County DA and the Federal Trade Commission to investigate deceptive trade practices. Let’s see who is right.
