First time dining at Hiro Niro they had a good crowd for a Monday night of people eating there but we got seated right away which was great. I was surprised how many people were always in line to pick up take-out and that they always have a nonstop stream of people coming and going.
Our server David was wonderful as he was friendly and very attentive.
I definitely will go back as I had the vegan ramen and everything about it was delicious.

We’ve visited this spot before, though I think my earlier review disappeared. The tonkotsu ramen was excellent—especially after adding extra garlic and the house hot sauce. The broth had a lighter touch compared to many others, which I really enjoyed, and the pork was seared to just the right level of char. Too often, places barely sear the pork before serving, but here it was done perfectly. This place has definitely earned a spot among my favorite ramen shops.

There was a bit of a wait, but the ramen was really good. It’s a chain restaurant, yet the atmosphere was nicer than I expected. It seems like a lot of families come here, too. The two-person tables are a bit small, but the food itself was great.

This ramen place never disappoints! It is my go-to ramen place in Long Beach. I’ve tried a lot of different ramen but this broth is the richest and best tasting. Although I’m not vegan, I find the vegan broth to have the most depth. It is thick and absolutely delicious. The free garlic sauce and hot sauce is an added bonus! I always dump both into my soup and it really spices it up! Also, the staff is always pleasant. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

My wife and I tried this place recently and both of us weren’t impressed with the food. Atmosphere on the other hand is very nice with 1 downfall. The seats didn’t have back support so your hunched over while your eating and conversing. Wife and I got the same Tonksu Ramen bowl. Had 2 pieces of meat which was underwhelming. Broth was good. Not very much noodle as I would have liked. Also at the end of the bill they add a 17% service fee on the bill. I’m not sure if it goes to the waitress or the house. Hope this helps.

Being a Michellin mentioned restaurant, we should expect good food, and yes, it’s really good, unfortunately not having anything to compare it, as not a fan wanting to eat Ramen. They’ve definitely changed my mind. Highly recommended for ramen enthusiasts or even to have people try it for the first time. The restaurant is very humble, nothing to be amazed by, but the service is kind warm and helpful.

Let me start off by saying that their food is exceptionally good. I really enjoyed all of their appetizers… Crispy chicken was very flavorful and super juicy . The sauce it came with was amazing. I also recommend the pork buns as they were also super juicy and melted in your mouth. the Ramen was delicious. The tonkotsu broth was very creamy and it came with a side of minced garlic. They also provided hot sauce. My friend really enjoyed the salt Ramen, but everyone agreed that the appetizers were a big hit.
The servers were mostly attentive, but it was a pretty busy night. They were very nice and quick when I asked for the check and to go box. The ambience was dark, but great lighting to really give a spotlight on the food. I would go again!

The entrance is kind of hidden. They have great ramen, but unfortunately they do not have any spicy sauces. Really enjoyed taking the family there even though it’s kind of small. Fairview price too.
