I went here last weekend for a family dinner but was very disappointed with the quality of the food , my wife ordered the garlic boneless wings and they were cold and hard to chew she mentioned they tasted like when you reheat air fried nuggets . And I was disappointed with the new Philly steak sandwich for 14.99$ not so worth it . It wasn’t totally crowded and took 2 waitresses about 15 minutes to ask me for drinks but prior to that she was just chatting up with the cashier guy . Should’ve never went back to give them a second chance

They used to have screaming nachos burger, which they discontinued. So for vegetarian people southwest black beans burger is the only option.
We ordered pretzel, cauliflower wings , potato wedges, cheese curds. Looks like they reduced the quantity for all the apps. But their sauces are always great.

I feel bad for the worker that was serving us
, he was super nice. The wings were pour quality & cold. Literally so cold I could have left them on my counter over night and I would have got the same product. The same worker has been sweeping the same section of floor next to me 5 feet by 5 feet for over 45 minutes. Our took over a hour to come out of the kitchen. The building is nasty by all means. Restroom is disgusting. This building should be demolished and something new put in total waste of retail space.

Service was fair. The waitress asked if we wanted water then never returned with it until we were almost ready to leave. The large strawberry lemonade was delicious but extremely overpriced at $4.49, more than half a glass of ice remained after I slowly sipped it. I ordered a bbq chicken salad which I always remembered as a meal & what a deal. That is not the case these days. The chicken is no longer sliced fried tenders or fresh grated cheese not to mention crisp lettuce. It was a wilted bowl of sloppy lettuce and thin strips of wet bbq chicken. RIP OFF!! Please switch back to your old salads with fried chicken tender and fresh ingredients. Sadly, I didn’t take a picture.

Not happy at all my husband and I normally dine in and have an amazing time but the weather wasn’t the best so we decided to order to go little did I realize that using the points I earned spending money here would result in us getting half ass nachos that were cold upon pick up I am very disappointed

My husband ordered the cheeseburgers with tater tots, and we both really enjoyed them. I had the boneless wings, but they were drenched in spicy garlic buffalo sauce, which I didn’t like at all. I also tried the mango habanero sauce, it had good flavor but was extremely spicy. Unfortunately, my French fries were undercooked, which was disappointing.
On the positive side, our server Evan was friendly, attentive, and efficient, which made the visit more enjoyable.
Overall, this was a 3-star experience ⭐⭐⭐ service was great, but the food was inconsistent.

Food was horrible and cold, which is truly funny. On a Saturday afternoon, went to enjoy some wings and watch college football. NOPE, wings were cold and refried, sides cold and old, after I sent my original order back (wrong flavor also), I was thoroughly disappointed from the food to the service and not to mention the horrible restroom. JUST STAY AWAY!!!

So this place use to be so busy but not so much and now I know why. Eating out is always expensive so I have no problem paying but at least give me what I paid for. The boneless wings were very small and barely had sauce on them. Also they came out cold which killed the mood. The apps were ok but again mildy warm. I am def done with this place which is a bummer cause I am a fan of their sauces. Destiny did her best serving us and I tipped her well but def not going to this location again. I use to drive out of my way passing at least one location to come to this one since their quality was great but now it’s just terrible.
