I order the veggie spud for dinner. I have to say it was very good. It was a very generous amount of food. The cheese and veggies on top of the potato was delicious. This was my first time ordering from here. Im very satisfied with my order and I will be ordering again in the future. I do recommend trying this place out. The food is always very good at the Shawnee location. Service is always good as well. This location always tends to be a bit loud due to the acoustics, but it’s also a very clean, nice looking establishment! Always a good choice when you want “fast” to meet “fresh” ! Give them a try soon!

We had to wait in line for a short bit, but not unreasonably. We were entertained while waiting with a grand display of the making of the Sweet Tea. It was the best Sweet Tea we have had outside the state of Georgia.

Customer service starts with leadership. As food was delivered to our table it was clear they miss ordered our appetizer. I pointed out the difference and the employee stated the manager told them I would need to pay the difference. That’s fine, I took some cash up to pay the difference. The employee at the register couldn’t perform a refund and the manager rudely said you will have to wait while she finished with another customer. I pointed out I had food getting cold on the table. Then because we paid with a card the first time and I brought cash, I was going to have to get the card. By this time I am irritated and said forget it and went back to eat. Having been in customer facing industry for 25 years, this manager should have made it right. You have an angry customer sitting in your restaurant. Well this one composed a review. A lot more damaging than a $5 difference in appetizer that could have been addressed with apology from the beginning, you would have gotten your $5 and a return customer. Do better McAlisters.
