Pretty good food! Dining area was very clean. My only compaint was the bathroom. It was disgusting! Look like boogers were on the wall and the smell was horrible. I about lost the food I ate. I like the kiosk ordering. I’m sure with that it could maybe free a person to be able to clean the bathroom.

This location always serves the food hot and fresh along with having good customer service. Definitely recommend for the quality of food and great prices for the average person to eat. Also they’re open later than most other resteraunts in the area.

I used to patronize my local Steak regularly, however a few years back it closed. Today a good friend of mine was in the area, so I we decided to meet up at this location.

When I walked in the door I was a bit confused as I had always just simply taking a seat and a server would come up to us quickly. However this is not how things currently operate. Myself and my buddy sit down and we quickly realized that no one was going to come and take a order, that’s when we noticed the kiosk. Disappointed in this, we got upand and went ahead and ordered.

I ordered the combo meal, which I assumed came with a drink. Nevertheless I went up to the drink counter and tried to fill a cup, which wouldn’t work because apparently you have to get a receipt that has a QR code that you have to scan for the fountain machine to start working. What absolute absurdity is this?

We waited a bit expecting our food to come out and it did not, eventually someone called our name and we had to go up to the counter and retrieve our food. Are food did not come out on a plate like it used to back in the day, it came out in a stupid plastic basket. This is not a restaurant this is a cafeteria! It’s no wonder this restaurant chain is failing, who wants to go to this place, pay too much for zero service? I’m surprised they didn’t ask us to cook our own food.

Needless to say I will never be patronizing this establishment ever again, I hope this chain of restaurants is quickly and painfully deleted from existence.

Well you have to order at a kiosk where they ask you for a tip for the staff. There is no wait staff. They call your name to pick up your own order. My fries were cold at least the hamburger was still good i will not be back

Don’t order doordash from here unless you don’t mind waiting all night long for it. I’ve wanted 20 mins for 1 milk shake. Waited 15 mins today for 2 cokes. They never have doordash orders ready if they are busy or not. Every time they say they forgot about it. They need to just not offer doordash if they are not going to try to have orders ready. This isn’t just every once in awhile it’s every time I go there.

My wife’s sandwich was cold. You pay only with credit or debit card at the counter via a computer screen. Get seated ave wait for your name to be called. Get your own drinks and if you lose your receipt (which your will need both), that drink you just paid for will not be had. They expect you to tip, so trying to figure out for what cuts their customer service was ZERO. No interaction what so ever ac they want a tip, NOPE.

Quick service, friendly wait staff and delicious food. This restaurant exceeded my expectations. I got a double cheeseburger, fries, and regular strawberry shake for about $9. This location improved my perception of steak n shake. Keep up the great work!
