Your breakfast sandwiches need an update! So I ordered the bacon/egg/cheese on a bagel! Perfect you would think….NOT! What, on God’s green earth, is the slimy yellow liquid your literally pour all over the top of this “sandwich?” The bagel….leaves a lot to be desired!!! Why does it break apart in 4 different pieces the minute you bite into it??? And let’s be honest…nobody wants a lukewarm breakfast sandwich!!! The cheese seems fake…barely any bacon!!! Please do better!!!!!!

I don’t expect 5 star quality food at a fast food joint. But what I do expect, at a bare minimum, is edible food. The quarter pounder I received today was disappointing to say the least. The bun was hard and stale while the patty was thinner than ever and void of any taste. I couldn’t finish it, barely got halfway before I determined there wasn’t much differentiating the burger in my hands from the trash in my receptacle.

McDonalds as a whole has been rapidly declining in quality while maximizing profits for share holders. This is the last time I will be visiting any McDonald’s locations for the indefinite future. The quality is already severely lacking, I can’t even imagine what things will look like in another few months when corporate cuts even more corners to “drive” profits. Disgusting company. Disgusting food. Gladly won’t be back.

Save your money. Eat anywhere else. Unless you like the taste of hard stale buns and flavorless grey meat.

Went to the McDonald’s in Washington today for the grandkids. The order was for four of us, and I figured I’d save some time by using the kiosk. But since the kids don’t like condiments, customizing the order wasn’t possible on the screen. So, I headed to the counter to get some help.

I waited… and waited… and no one ever came. Eventually, I gave up and went back to the car to try the drive-thru.

I placed the order, paid, and pulled up to the next window. “Your food’s not ready (this is the norm), can you park in spot 1?” I looked—taken. “How about spot 2?” Also taken. Spot 3? Taken. Spot 4? You guessed it—taken too. So the worker just had me pull off to the side and wait.

When the food finally came out, I was honestly surprised it was actually correct this time. That’s rare at this location. I’ve been to this McDonald’s so many times with my son and grandkids, and so many times the order is wrong. I’ve learned never to leave without checking.

One time, I ordered a Quarter Pounder—plain, just meat and cheese. When I got home, I opened the box to find… two slices of bread. No meat. No cheese. Just bread.

Still, this is the closest McDonald’s to us, and the grandkids love it—so we’ll keep coming back. I will say the Clinton location tends to get things right the first time, but at least today Washington got it right. I’ll make sure to note that win.

This location is always forgetting to put items in the bag I swear damn near every time I go nuggets or fries are missing and on occasion will make the order incorrect sometimes I forget to check and get home missing food. There team really needs to be more attentive. If they are busy I understand but most times there not that’s why I forget to check the bag cause I assume they took an extra look at what they put in the bag cause they got the time for that.

I ordered some food from this restaurant, and I’m pleased to say that they got my order exactly right, which made me very happy. I was especially relieved and grateful because this place had staff members who spoke English fluently, making the entire experience much smoother and more enjoyable.

Not what I ordered, they had me go and wait on the side of the building, and when I check my order it seem fine at first but when I got home I definitely did not get what I ordered. I tried calling a bunch of times and they don’t even answer the phone, I guess they are just making too many mistakes and don’t want to answer the phone.

We were there for lunch… 12:30pm…they had only 2 self order screens avail and no one at the register to take orders. One point of order screen was down and the other was extremely slow processing selections. The wait was so long that people were walking out. A manager, I believe, finally came to the register to take orders. Which was a good thing but, he kind of berated the people trying to use the order screen…saying what’s taking you so long, people are walking out because you’ve been there so long…the machine was broken and would not process their card. I think he should have just asked them if they needed help before telling them people were walking out because of them.
I will not be back to this location.

I know it’s McDonald’s… it’s expected to have your order messed up… but for the last 3 times I been to this McDonald’s, they have completely gave me the wrong food. This time I ordered 10 piece nugget, they gave a six piece I though, went to open it up and it’s three cookies lol. I get it’s McDonalds workers but come on due better.

Guy in the first window was extremely rude on multiple occasions. Don’t want to write reviews but day after day on Thursday and Friday nights I come here and tonight he mocked my girlfriends voice and was nasty when he couldn’t hear her. So ridiculous to employ people who act this way. Guess I’m now gonna be going to a different fast food place
