The coffee at this Oakland Starbucks is already great, but the staff’s handsomeness takes it to a whole new level. ☕ I thought I loved coffee before, but after seeing this team, I might be in love with both coffee and the baristas! The women are gorgeous, the men are ridiculously good-looking… it’s impossible not to smile while ordering. Definitely a coffee and eye candy experience!

Absolutely love the Oakland starbucks location! They have the tiny ice cubes which attention to detail is next level. Drinks are always on point and Nori was kind enough to make my matcha latte just the way I like it !!

This is my favorite spot to come after work! The bathroom is always clean, the cream and oatmilk pitchers are always topped off, and the food is adequate. The baristas even recognize me and make my regular drink as soon as we make eye contact. Most Starbucks give the same distilled corporate cafe experience we’re all used to, but the clean relaxed environment and friendly staff make this one feel just a cut above the rest. Well done!

Honestly I rarely write reviews and please keep in mind I absolutely am not trying to be a buzzkill type of person. I placed my order ahead of time because I generally have a tight schedule— and just in case I always order 10-15min before even if the estimated time is 3-6min. Even so, my order was 10min late on top of the 15min. The entire time I’m waiting, the staff — except for maybe one person— is just joking around with I assume their friends that came to visit the place? Not only was my order late after I politely mentioned I was still waiting — they gave me the wrong thing entirely. I ordered the tomato mozz panini and I got the hummus wrap— not even close to what I ordered. Not to mention the hummus wrap looked all sorts of demented. I get wanting to spend time with friends at work when they visit, totally. But maybe not when there’s a line of people in store and the drive through.

It’s a Thursday afternoon, spending the day with my wonderful girlfriend who loves her wonderful Starbucks. We hit a different location just about every week.
We meander on up to Oakland and order the usual favorites. Not only was it quickly done and made with a smile, but it was absolutely beyond par with any other Starbucks drink making method we have witnessed as (self appointed) Starbucks professionals.
The employees at this location especially take pride in making amazing drinks with a friendly atmosphere!

We had a fantastic experience at this location. We ordered our drinks through the drive-thru, and the barista was incredibly friendly and attentive. She was also very quick to bring our drinks to us. I highly recommend this place!

The drive through took forever and I couldn’t pull off the line. Lemonade was bad. Way too much water, more like lemon water. Cake pop was crumbling and was broken off stick. And we waited/trapped on drive thru line for 25 minutes for this.

I visited this location after a trip to the DVM. The staff was friendly and the store was spotless. This location has a driver thru which is always a plus but it was my first time here so I prefer to make my coffee myself. The bathrooms were very clean. They also had a large selection of cups for sale. If you are in the area stop here it’s worth it.

I come to this Starbucks somewhat often I’d say and I also work at a Starbucks! But I was a little disappointed when I ordered a BSOSE (Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso) and the cup was filled to the brim with ice (I know it doesn’t seem a lot in the cup but it was to the top) and on top of the ice being filled all the way up, the drink wasn’t even full all the way, it was filled to where the sticker was placed. I usually don’t have any issue with this Starbucks but I am a little disappointed.
