Out of town visitor and this is one of the closest fast food place near us for a quick bite to eat. Between the 2 visits, my order was wrong on details that were plainly requested and repeated back to confirm order. Unfortunately one of the team members was the same staff member assisting us both times, despite the lunch/late night time difference between visits. My experience was also at both drive thru and counter. I highly suggest checking your order before you leave the counter or window. As for customer service, the errors were corrected but with rudeness and obvious signs of being annoyed with having to correct their mistakes.

I waited in the drive through line for 20 mins for the loaded cheese wedges and the guy at the window didn’t say anything whatsoever other than the price of my order! I found that to be very impolite and offensive to me and I won’t be going back to that specific jack in the box

This was one of the nastiest breakfast burrito I’ve ever had. They have shrunk them. They did not give me any picante’s sauce so I had used Taco Bell sauce.No ketchup or napkins after I ask for them.

So disappointing. Ordered new burger tater melt. Got a chicken tater melt. During my ordering, I had to correct her saying “not chicken, I want the burger” still got chicken. They offered to remake it, but I didn’t have time and I hate wasting food. I ate half of the sandwich that I didn’t order, and will not be back. That just sucks

This jack in the box is just terrible, both inside and at the drive thru. Inside is never clean, the floors are always sticky and the tables always have something on them. They never keep fresh tea, sweet or unsweet: it is always soured and they do not like to make a fresh batch when asked, and if it is at night and they run out (doesn’t matter if they close at midnight or 2 am) before 11pm, they won’t make anymore, sometimes not even if they are asked to. I have explained both to the management and to corporate that tea will grow bacteria and if it is sweetened the sugar makes it for sour faster. They take your order at the drive thru but wait till you get to the window to repeat it to you before putting it in, unless you ask them for a total and then they have to stop and put it in. The food takes forever for them to make. The staff is either slow or they do not have enough (depending on the day or night – which is worse ) people working. They constantly get orders wrong or forget to put items in them. I have called their corporate numerous times and nothing ever gets fixed. This place used to be pretty decent; but when they let the good crews leave, it has gone from a decent place to terrible.

I cannot recommend this location. I picked up dinner tonight (6pm) and the drive through speaker was not working (so I thought). I even turned the car off to try and listen. I was the only car in line. All you could see was the menu updating. No sound. I politely told the lady in the window and she promptly told me “..she knows you can’t hear it but she’s ‘soft spoken’ because she’s tired and has been talking all day..” ..How awkward. From a customer standpoint the negative attitude was off putting. I’ve never come across somebody being too tired to “talk”. Not that it matters but I was polite the entire time and I did ask for hot sauce and those were missing as well. It’s not my first negative experience here but it was enough to make me write a review and to confirm I should pick something else next time.

The hours of operation are wrong to start off on the website it says they closed at 12am and at the restaurant it says they closed at 1am. I went through the drive thru at 11:45pm and they were already closed it was three cars they ignored staff was still there and they tried to ignored me until she saw me recording them she approached the windows to tell me they closed at 12 but it wasn’t even 12 yet, then she change it to we closed at 11:45. Like what kind of business the owner is running here staff super rude that closes when they pleased. I have a video were it shows how she tried to hide.
