This location is always busy, so be prepared as other reviewers said, but I’m still dropping 5 stars because the employees are always in a good mood, present, and focused on making sure everything rocks. The manager is working often as well, and you can tell she takes good care of her employees and the store. She’s always on top of things. This location is always fully staffed and the food is always fantastic.

i always go to this taco bell. and this experience was terrible. i ordered a bean burrito. and last i remember. it’s just beans cheese and red sauce…. this is everything i had to pick off my burrito. after it was all said and done. i was left with a soft taco.

Giving an overall 1 star simply because the service here is the slowest I have ever experienced at any business. The line is consistently wrapped around the building no matter what time of day or day of the week. Ive sat for 30min before in the drive through (honestly should’ve left). Not sure who is running this place or what the staffing situation is like but its NEEDS TO CHANGE. Awful.

Is there some kind of mandate at fast food places to NOT give napkins or sauces unless specifically asked, and even then you have to be sure not to leave the pickup window or you’ll never get anyone’s attention. All I can say is there’s a reason these folks working the drive thru at 30+ yrs old don’t have a job at say a bank, or some type of professional environment. No courtesy, no common sense, and no sense of urgency.

This was my go-to taco bell since all others in this area have been pretty bad for the last 3 years, but the last 3 visits have been subpar at this location. I’ve had bad service, incorrect orders, tacos that were wet, tacos and burritos that tasted gross or old, and now bad nuggets that looked really old! I know somebody there was these when they put them in the box and still gave them to me! That is horrible customer service and horrible quality control!

Chill place, literally, I was freezing in there with my winter coat on. Everything else was amazing, friendly staff, food was delicious. Just get with the seasons, it’s almost December, time to switch from air to heat.

Ordered two potato tacos and one cheesy Gordita crunch. I DO NOT EAT BEEF. The two potato tacos had no potato’s and only BEEF. The cheesy Gordita crunch was made right. Idk how you could make a POTATO taco in correctly. I’ve been coming here for 3 years……..
